“I am writing this as a long time customer if KWK in response to a recent review posted by Deborah. I have utilized KWK for not only all my bras but those for my daughter in law. I also just started my 13 y/o daughter being fit here as well. Additionally, KWK took amazing care of my father with his end of life care. They do not have an employee named Denise. There is not even an employee with a name that sounds similar to that. I am all for honest reviews, but when people make up stories to try to discredit a family owned and run business that treats their customers like family with false I formation, I have no other choice than to respond.To put how wonderful they are into perspective, I live in MD and drive here to purchase all of my bras. That goes to show how wonderful the customer service is. Please do not let one meritless review sway you from going to KWK!”

“Customer Service Review: My first call to the Troubleshooting Dept was a bit iffy in terms of customer service. I felt unsure if she understood the urgency. Honestly, it felt like she didn’t believe me. Waiting for a replacement of my completely dead oxygen concentrator, I called back 1.5 hours later. This department was to track an order and Sam took over. The tone of voice, the soothing reassurance, the quick thinking resolution, the honesty of the good and bad - he was the perfect reflection of what any company should have with customer service. I won’t get my replacement for a few more hours yet (thankfully I have portable to keep me alive til then) but this review was about customer service not the company practices. Thank you, Sam.”
