Still waiting for a wheelchair for my grandmother it's been weeks, everytime i call, and I've been calling, nothing ever gets done. Total incompetence

Are they still in business?. I sent them two letters, one with a Cpap prescription and Sleep Study report, and a second requesting return of the documents since there was no response to the first. No reply to either. If they are still in business, customer service ranks low on their priorities.
