Gabby and Ana who work here are trustworthy and extremely kind and experienced!! They helped my dad with buying a phone as well as helping us again when we walked in to get help with an issue my dad was having. They are very knowledgeable and I would highly rate this T Mobile to anyone looking to buy a new phone. The prices are low and the service is excellent.

Horrible customer service. Was told I could not open a new account (even though I dont have an account) bc she "knows" the phone would be going to my minor son (he has a line on his brothers account) and it would be fraud. I've never in my life been turned away or denied service like this before. I'm even more annoyed bc this location was the 3rd one I went to today. The other 2 locations had no iphones in stock.

Rude and sarcastic, go online to get your phones bought outright. Metro phones are too loaded with junk apps for the price.

I went in to get a new number. It was pretty painless. Round about $30 bucks. I think that's a wild price just for a change in number, but this economy sucks.
