Phenomenal. It was easy to make an appointment online. They called me within 30 minutes of making the appointment to tell me they did not have the tires, but could order them and have them there that day. Staff was professional and provided great communication from start to finish. My only complaint is they didn't set the tire pressure once they replaced them. My tires should be set at 33 psi, and I left with my tires ranging from 35- 40.

I showed with no appointment for a flat tire. He advised me I don’t need a new tire and that it would only require a patch. They took my car in and within 40 I was out of there. Fast, courteous and honest

I dropped my 17 yr old Sonata off on Sun, fearing it needed a new transmission. By early Mon morning, they had completed the courtesy inspection snd scheduled maintenance review. Anton called to say it only needed shoes, pads, rotor, brake switch & an oil change which came with a comp tire rotation. No charge for the limited lifetime warranty on shoes & pads or for the 12mo/12k mi warranty on rotors, drums or labor. My son and I have been taking our cars there for MANY years bc they are an honest, reputable company with fair prices, and workers who really know their stuff and care about their customers. We have never felt overcharged, pushed to get something that was not needed, or ignored when we called about a car problem. ***** is our review!

I had an awful experience at Mr. Tire. I went in to get four brand new tires installed, and they broke my TPMS sensor during the installation. When I went back to complain, they claimed the TPMS battery was dead and made me pay $120 out of pocket for a new sensor - even though it clearly happened while they were working on my car.
A short time later, I had to return again because there was a small piece of metal stuck in one of the new tires, which was caused by their poor installation job.
This level of incompetence and dishonesty is unacceptable. After checking online, I noticed many other people have complained about the same issues with Mr. Tire. Save yourself the money and headache - go somewhere else that actually values their customers and does the job right the first time.

Was told that I needed $3000 of work done. When I went to pick the car up, I was told that I would be needing another $3000 of work soon. Car is 2007 Elantra not even worth $3000. I believe that this should have been mentioned before they did any work. I have liked them but now I’m very disappointed.
