The first time I visited the salon, it was a pleasant experience, and the nail technician was amazing. However, during my second visit yesterday, I encountered an unfriendly atmosphere with another technician. There were several times I wanted to walk out, but I didn’t want to create a scene. The technician was an elderly woman with glasses and brownish-black hair. She was very rude and seemed unwilling to do her job. She constantly rolled her eyes and never engaged with me.
I had requested a refill pedicure, but she barely did anything—no filing, no cuticle cutting, no shaping—just showed attitude and rudeness. She handled my feet poorly, throwing her hands in frustration after completing each step. At one point, when she began to refill my acrylic nails, she threw a passive temper tantrum and decided to skip the refill step altogether, rushing to paint instead. I had to remind her again to refill my nails, which another technician also confirmed.
The application of the refill was extremely sloppy; there was no filing or shaping, resulting in a finish that was bumpy, bulky, and not smooth. You can still see the growth from my previous set, and the design is a French pedicure and the paint job is terrible. It’s disappointing how poor service from one employee can negatively impact a guest's overall experience.

Would totally recommend 10/10! They were very quick but also thorough. The massage chairs are amazing!!!!!

OLIVIA !!!!! , she knows EXACTLY how I like my nails shaped and takes the time to pay attention to detail, never rushes but works fast. I come in with some wild inspo photos and she NAILS it every time. I absolutely love seeing her. She’s patient, talented and super friendly HIGHLYYYYY recommend her. If I could give more than 5 stars to her and this salon I would.

I always go to Kim here. At my appointment today, she went above and beyond. I normally don’t do designs on my nails because if they don’t come out as close as humanly possibly, I generally won’t say anything and just hate it until my next nail fill. Kim’s been doing my nails for months now and today I trusted her with something new. I showed her some inspiration photos, she helped with the colors and did her best for the designs. The first flower she did I wasn’t super ecstatic about, and she communicated with me to help reach my goal. I’m absolutely in love with my set!!! I will always recommend her. Even if she was annoyed with me, she definitely didn’t show it or make me feel uncomfortable for speaking up. Thanks Kim ❤️❤️

After going here I can’t go anywhere else I never write Google reviews but Vivian always nails exactly what you ask for from simple to complex. They’re all so sweet, the salon is so earthy and beautiful. Seriously the best!!! Thank you Vivian & peter !

Salon is beautiful and the pedicure chairs are the best I've ever sat in. First time at this salon as I moved to the area recently and didnt want to take the drive to my usual place. The one who did my mani pedi- was not friendly- held no conversation and was on the phone the ENTIRE during my appointment. The only thing she asked me was if the line on my French was good. Other than that. I didnt care for the pedicure itself- literally ZERO foot and leg massage. Manicure was ok, but my gel manicure was chipping within 4 days. Maybe it was just the person who didbthem, i MAY give it another chance but with a different person, as it was reccomended to me by a few friends, but I couldn't get in with who they reccomended.

Amazing environment, everyone was so friendly. Kim did my French full set with a design and they came out beautifully. Price was not bad and Kim did it super quick! I am now going to this place everytime !

Asked for a regular pedicure $33.00 basic regular polish. I asked to pick a color. She then got a gel wich adds $12.00 I correct her and say no regular. Then she proceeds to tell me $5.00 to take polish off no where in this store does it say that. As I'm drying with a broken dryer she comes over and adds another layer of polish. Never going back.

It was my first time here and I had Kim, she did an amazing job and payed very close attention to details. Usually I have a hard time finding a good place I want to keep going to but after my experience here I will definitely keep coming

This salon always does a fantastic job & everyone is friendly. Olivia is my absolute favorite for acrylics/gel, but I have received service from everyone & they always do a great job.

Just want to thank Vivian for fixing the botch job another salon did to my nails today. She really is talented beyond measure. I should’ve never went anywhere else. Lesson learned. Thanks Viv!

I’m so disappointed!
I went there for just cleaning! Pedicure cleaning, No nail polish no gel nothing , just a cleaning thinking they would do a great job focusing on one single thing which is “cleaning “ they didn’t, she put my foot in water cut my nails put cream on it and rubbed it for a minute and she said you are all set !!!!
Well I could have just did that myself and saved 33 dollars and the tip !!
No cleaning around the nail no cleaning the sides of the nails no cutting extra cuticle NOTHING!!!

I go to Vivian and she is so talented and simply amazing at what she does. I was going to her every month with a new nail shape each time and she understands the assignment. And each time, it comes out just beautiful and I leave super happy. She is so nice and always tries to match the best she can to any inspiration picture you show her!
