This place could use a revamp and thorough cleaning and disinfecting. I have been to plenty of Petco’s for my pets and this does not meet the same standards as other Petco locations.

This place needs to have a back up plan for when the registers go down.
Sat on line for 40 mins and the poor cashier was all alone with no help.
To top it off my online order was not ready 24 hours later.

I’m giving 2 stars only because the staff here is great for the most part but I signed up for vital premier care and was told I could cancel at any time I recently moved and no Petcos are near me so I called in to cancel my membership little to find out I HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR TO CANCEL IT the customer service rep said they have no way of canceling it on their end which I don’t believe and if the employee in the store would’ve said that info I never would’ve signed up I even told the rep that I have no petcos near where I live and she basically said not my problem I will be calling back in to see if this can be resolved but I’m very dissatisfied with this A WHOLE YEAR?!? No where was I told this

Today we want to buy chinese algae eater so we ask for a person to help us then they said they gonna call people to come it was a man we said we want five chinese algae eater he said we could only take two and we said we had multiple tanks he still said we could only buy two and said that it gonna grow in ten inches but we said we’regonna buy more if it grow he still decline we could only have two so we just purchase them but when we go online and purchase then at the exact locationit still let us buy more than two without any declining or asking anything and it might be confusing because “why dont you just buy online at the first place “ because when u order something online it cause shipping money and we found out there petco in are local so we just drive but some employee was nice but some not at all and we never GOING TO OUR LOCAL PETCO ANYMORE

Only reason I’m giving a one star is because of Kassandra and another young lady they ended up fixing the mess of Kristen, if it wasn’t because of that I would give zero stars! My furry baby was a whole mess looked like 5 year old groomed him. I was very upset but thankfully Kassandra and another young lady help me out and fixed him up, if your booking here make sure your not having Kristen as the groomer! Book with Kassandra !

Gentleman named Kevin was incredible. He stopped his task and assisted me immediately. In addition to ringing me up, he personally saved me time by walking back and picking my online order that wasn't yet ready. Great service
