Be careful taking your dog here. My friends dog left with half a toe and had to be rushed to the emergency vet where they amputated the rest. If you love your babies you will go elsewhere

Don't waste your time with their cat groomers. Brought my cat 30mins early to allow ample time for her to aclimate. The groomer took no more then 30 seconds to decide that service could not be provided. I asked if we can give my cat a moment to relax as she peed herself, but was told "no as I have other appointments". All this before my appointment time even started. The groomer was lazy, no other way to put it. I understand they need the cat to be submissive for a bath but it's a cat in the end of the day. My cat has no stranger danger, and although she was hissing she never attempted to bite or scratch. Wasted my time.

Took my standard poodle in for grooming. His 1st professional cut. I was very pleased with the result.

They almost killed my dog two years ago during a grooming. They had the leash high around her neck, and twice she almost slid off the table. They did NOTHING to calm her or assist the girl, who was new, in gaining control of the situation.
I am confident that if I hadn't been watching and ran in when I did, my dog would have been strangled. A good friend brought her dog in for grooming, and they cut the dogs tongue.
I have not been back since this happened, and I will never go back. The stores response to my emails about the situation went unanswered for months. The final response was lackluster.
I will NEVER go to Petsmart!

Friendly staff, always ready to help. Great selection. However, I take my Thor, a Lab mix, elsewhere for grooming.

This is not a bad store. Employees seem to be nice and semi knowledgeable to a certain degree. The fish section always seems to have nice clean and clear water in all the tanks with a minimum about of dead fish floating around. No saltwater fish and the freshwater fish are pretty much regulated to your standard big store variety of the most common guppies tetras Molly's etc. Decent selection of foods for your land based pets also.
