On Tuesday October 17th I purchased a Vehicle from Pine Belt Cadillac in Toms River. Stephen Galayda was the Sales person I dealt with.I originally went in to trade my pickup in for an SUV being I needed more enclosed storage space for my equipment. Being my credit was not the best it was not an easy task for Stephen. After going over a few different options, I was about to purchase an SUV.Before I could get to the paperwork the vehicle I eventually purchased was brought in as a trade. So Stephen was able to get me into a nicer vehicle for less money down, and a good final price.Stephen started the process on Monday and came in Tuesday on his day off, to make sure the vehicle was in perfect shape before I took it off the lot.He worked around my work schedule even though that took away a good chunk of his off time.Steven is new to the Sales team but is a good guy, he is layed back, not pushy or hovering like some of them out there.In the end I would have to say that all of the staff I met at Pine Belt were good, and I would recommend them to others looking for a Vehicle.2016 Cadillac XTS vsport Platinum

I want to start by saying that I really despise going to car dealerships because I always feel like they are just treating you as a sale to hit their quota and not like an actual person. This was NOT the case here! Thankfully we were able to sit with Jalen and he treated us with the utmost respect! He took his time with us, did everything to make the whole process run smooth and painless. After working for hours to get us approved, it was time to leave due to the store closing. It only gets better though!Jalen came in on his DAY OFF to finish helping us! (5 more hours) I wish I could give him a hundred stars!

I purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Trax from Jalen Mann on September 14, 2023. The day before, I hit a deer in Ocean County so I had to buy a car. I wasn’t particularly enthusiastic and I was, frankly, still a bit shaken from the accident. Jalen was patient, professional and accommodating. Eddie was also very helpful in easing my concerns regarding financing. What could have been a really challenging experience was quite pleasant and I left very happy with my 2019 Chevy Trax.I would confidently recommend Jalen and the staff at Pine Belt Used Cars in Toms River fir your car buying needs. I had the awesome experience with the team at pine belt used cars. The guys were very well experienced & helpful they didn’t stop until they got me into a new vehicle.
