Anytime I put a deposit in over a couple hundred dollars, they put a hold on the check. I'm pretty sure they do it strategically so that they can cause a bounce. I'm very diligent, so I have challenge them every time. It's no way to do banking.I will be canceling my accounts today.And I do not advise anyone to use this institution.

This bank is a disgrace and I’m not liking this bank anymore & that’s that! This bank hasn’t been that good with helping solve some serious issues with my bank account. What hurt the most, was trying to give them a chance again to make things right and still nothing! When y’all say that you can help me get my money back after getting scammed a few times, along with someone disputing random amounts of money from my count from the last few months, and lastly it putting my account in the negative; while taking my whole paycheck this past Friday! Yeah you owe me cause that’s some bullshit and not a way to conduct yourself and have me leaving with nothing solved! I got something for y’all and won’t be giving you the time of the day; especially not that employee Maggie! She can go somewhere else and not speak to me again. Worse service ever with only being with them for so long.

Branch manager very rude, she needs sensitive training as well as how to deal with people. Going back to the old adage " The customer is always right"! Needs to be instilled in her if she is going to have a management's position. I hope she treats her employees better then she does customers, I guess she is just on a power trip. Hopefully she changes her attitude or she should look for another job not involving the public. I would tell friends and family to go to another PNC branch. Maybe she will get the message when customers stop going to her branch.

canceled 5 reoccurring charges via official form on each company's cancle form. I saw they are still reoccurring. Brought this to attention to PNC bank on hooper Ave toms river. Explained situation. Was told they won't stop these transactions. I need to call them. Tried to close out my account and was refused telling me I need to re cancel those accounts via phone. (Phone is not possible as it needs to be in writing via internet form)Refused to close out my account till these reoccurring charges are paid. The same charges I tried to cancel both in person at the bank, and via the recommended Internet cancellation form.

What used to be a friendly old-fashioned customer service Bank is no longer! If I wanted this kind of service I could go to a bank with a lot more convenient branches around! and I am!

Do not bank with PNC they shut my account with no reason then told me i was no longer aloud to use their bank so reason no explanation I will be suing the pnc bank no not getting a bank with PNC

Went to PNC of Toms River on hooper ave for a personal loan to transfer credit card debt that I had and wanted to pay down, I had about 13k since I put a semester of school on my credit card cause I had no other choice. I wasn't instantly denied but when I called to check back 10 days later, I was denied and when I asked why she was like " like I said.... you will get a letter in the mail explaining the reason why, okay." I asked to speak to someone else and she continued to tell me there was nothing more she could do for me and to "wait for my letter". I didn't need any rude comments since I gave the lady nothing but respect when asking questions. I think it's appropriate to at least give me some information since they told me I had a great chance on getting the loan with my payment history and income.

Woke up to some terrible news on this monday morning. I made a phone call that changed the mood of my day..but by the time I got off the phone with Angela..who assured me the problem was on it's way to being sorted out..made me feel a lot better. Thanks for being so kind while I was hysterical. Stay safe out there guys be smart in these times.
