DO NOT ENROLL HERE!!! Delays upon delays upon delays. I'm acquainted with one of the latest licensees from this place and the group they belong to. Their class was delayed for 2+ MONTHS LONGER THAN THEY PROMISED!!! For a 6-8 week CNA course!!! In the practical exam, there were students who had to come back from a previous class that was also delayed for months. According to them, they were delayed so much that they had to move out of state as planned and come back just to test! Even with the latest group, they told them that in 5-7 business days, they would know the resutls max, and it has already been a week. When called out for it, they are now extending that to "at least 30 days" by phone only (recorded phonecalls btw), and they're blaming COVID work from home bs as well as the state for not processing, even when checking with the accounting department shows that the money orders THE SCHOOL ASKED FOR have not been processed as of today, as well as the state saying the school hasn't sent the paperwork yet.This place is an absolute circus. Delays appear to be business as usual, and their promises are broken regularly. Some instructos here are good, but especially the other staff are completely incompetent and trained in damage control, as apparent by the repeated calls. If you have had a bad experience here, please be vocal about it and leave a review as deserved. I happen to believe the minimum of 1 star is too much.We need more healthcare workers, and this establishment seems to be taking advantage of that; happily taking their money while struggling to hand out actual results.Do not give your students a rehearsed answer again. Give them their results.
