Pronouns is an excellent place to get your nails done they do manicures pedicures they do them quick they do them great but now stay on very well I've had it done here a few times and I love them I will continue to go back and the staff is very kind and considerate the facility is clean

This place sucks was my second time going trying to give them another try from my first. I had a full set done by the husband all bubbly and crooked. I’m sure he noticed but he did not go back & fix . Hurt me a couple times and filled my nails way too thin. I decided to get a pedi at first I wanted a certain way but they were trying to charge 80 bucks extra for when it was just a Frenchie design!!!! So I said nvm and went with something simple they GOT SO BOTHERED ! WORST SOOT EVER !!! I’m pretty sure they don’t use new scrubbers they re use them !!!!!

Went to this place few months ago…was a terrible experience.
Was in the mall last week..stopped by just to give a chance again..worst experience again!!
Never going here again!! Ladies please do not spend your money on nails that are gonna last for 5 days😑

Do not go here. I’ve been getting my nails done at other places for years on and off and know that it is critical to get your fill every 2 weeks. This place gave me a nail fungal infection after one time of me going. 2 weeks later I went back to my regular salon and it was confirmed to be this salon.

The man in chair 2 did my nails when he started my nails he did I asked him to cut my nails down and he didn't even cut them down to where I wanted when I asked him too as he was drilling my nails he cut my skin and when it started bleeding he just keeped going and I had to ask him to stop and clean off the blood it burned so bad when he put the nail polish on it and he messed up my design I understand if u can't do it but he could have told me before he messed up my nails after they were down When I went to pay it took them 10 plus mins to come and let me pay I will never come back Don't wasted Ur time of money here and in the middle of my nails the person just left and took a break in the middle of doing my nails and I wait 20 mins for them to continue my nails and when someone call me they yelled at me not to answer the phone and to keep both my hands down and even though he was only doing one hand there was no paint or ant thing on my nails so there was no point in me having to keep both hands down

If I could rate this MINUS 100 I would! From the time I got my feet into the basin until I went under the heat lamp to dry it was literally a 18 minute pedicure. I had to go to the mall so I thought I might try this place out for a pedicure. I should’ve kept going. I have to say this is in the top three WORST salons I have ever been in and I have had many many services. “Ann” barely made an effort and just went through the motions. I don’t even want waste more of my time going into more detail about this place, but the board of health should go there. I don’t know how they’re not closed down. Total rip off, no personality, unfriendly, poor poor services and a waste of $30. I was going to give her a $10 tip. But I gave her $7 because she was TERRIBLE! Stay away!

My daughter has been going her for years. I go periodically. They are not always perfect but they are pleasant and are good about fixing or replacing a nail if it is damaged or falls off. We have had both acrylics and gels polishes and tips. I have had them last 2-3 weeks with out an issue before I get them filled and for the price I don’t think that is a bad amount of time for them to stay on with out a problem. They are open 7 days a week and they are always busy. It is very clean for a place that is so busy.
Cleanliness: They keep on top of the store, they make sure they clean there stations as they go.

Had my eye brows,chin and lip waxed. Ey we brows weren't the same size the I had to go but a pencil to even them out. Not a happy customer.

omggggg they suck got a pedicure the bottoms of my feet look like they were never touched my nails are horrible there not even filed right they missed polish on the side of my nails my nails are lumpy the worst experience and I pay 93$ don't recommend this place at all

Went to get acrylics and a pedicure. The woman doing my pedicure was very sweet and she did a great job, I was super hopeful for my acrylics but it all went downhill. they weren’t filed straight, some were too thick, he cut my finger from filing into my skin, and the nails overall just look bad. i went lastminute before a trip i had planned and i regret it immensely. would rather just not even have them done especially for the insane prices they charge.Services: Acrylic nails
