I tried to make appointments online but it would not work- it said every appt was open from 2:10-3:00. It also said walk-ins were allowed so I went over there with my children. I got there at 2:25 and they close at 3:00- after blood was drawn we left before closing time at 3:00. When we walked in, the woman was shocked that we came in, said "we are closing soon!" and had visible attitude. She then spoke to an unseen woman in another room to share that I had walked in. That woman said, "Are you kidding me?! Unbelievable!" loud enough for myself my children to hear. I told them that their website showed that all appts were open (no other patients were there) and I proceeded to sign in. The experience was uncomfortable and extremely unprofessional. I thanked the woman when we were leaving and she actually completely ignored me (no response and would not look in my direction).
The staff in the hospital don't get to stop working 40 minutes before their shift ends because they're leaving soon. Teachers don't get to stop teaching 40 minutes before dismissal because they're "closing soon". It's unbelievable how openly rude they both were.

The phlebotomist was fantastic. Sorry, I didn't get name. I make appointments, but this time the wait was a little longer.
