How can someone be in the medical field and be such a raging a hole? A. Baldwin has absolutely no "bed side manners". Her communication was rude and kind of weird. The care was 1 out of 5 stars. I felt highly uncomfortable sitting there. The questions I asked felt like back handed slaps of responses. She was condescending. I like to give the benefit of the doubt and think maybe she has a lot going on in her own personal life but everyone does and that doesn't give the right for anyone to treat and speak to a stranger like she did. God bless her in this field and I really hope she finds enjoyment in what she does because she clearly doesn't.

My doctor's office sent over an incorrect code for my vitamin D test. I signed electronically my consent to incur the cost. Which turned out to be $250. I went back after calling my doctor's office; they gave me a confusing answer. But once the two spoke it was all cleared up. They took me back in and relabeled all my samples before being sent out. No charge. Easy appointment scheduling. Overall positive experience.

The fact that this place is open and operational is actually mind boggling. I had an appointment today and was greeted by a lady with short blonde hair screaming “you have an appointment right?”. Then she proceeded to tell me to leave because I didn’t have a mask on and didn’t even offer to give me one because there were “none left”. Of course after I return back inside, she’s the one to draw my blood. I’ve been going to quest for years and let me tell you, I’ve never had a huge hematoma at the site of where they typically draw blood. This was this morning and my arm already has a huge bruise with a hematoma. I’m not sure if it was because she knew I was the girl she screamed out or whatever but this is absolutely disgraceful. I’ve never felt pain from drawing blood and the aggression was just unbelievable. I’ve never been screamed at when entering quest nor have I ever had a hematoma and instant bruise. Please retrain your staff on customer services and the basics of how to draw blood. I will never be returning.

Melissa was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t say enough about how wonderful of a human she is. I had such a horrifying experience at Labcorp in Lakewood prior to this appointment and in the SAME DAY that I walked out crying in tears from the way I was treated to being in the hands of Melissa at this Quest location I couldn’t be more grateful for her that day. She treated me with nothing but kindness not even knowing what I was dealing with at the time and for that i would 10/10 recommend this place.

It was nice and quick. The lady who took my blood (i think her name was Jan) was very friendly and fast. My appt was at 8 and 8.04 i was already in my car

Very bad service I sat in the waiting room after signing in for almost 2 hours with all of the doctors/nurses giving me dirty looks for like sitting there when none of them would help me

It was a pleasant experience. Ashley was wonderful with the taking of bloodwork. I highly recommend to everyone to use QUEST.

Only giving two stars because I want to be nice. I hate leaving these reviews but I just want to inform people that the phlebotomist technicians were very rude/nasty. I came in at 10:30am (they close at 11am) on a Saturday I should of made an appointment in advance but I’m so busy during the week I forget. Anyways ..they told me they were closing but waiting for the last appointment? Makes no sense. So they ended up drawing my blood while complaining the whole time about getting out at 12:30pmPlease give me a break I work in the veterinary field and have worked until 4pm on a Saturday and know people who work overnights on Saturdays.. They should treat more patients with sympathy and respect. I mean they have an easy job just taking blood all day wow life is so rough!

Amazing Kid-Friendly Staff! If you have littles (infant, toddler, school-aged kid) this is the place. I was so nervous about what the experience might be like but they were so knowledgeable, welcoming, and comforting. We had an appointment but was pretty much in and out, it was such a breeze! We also forgot out script and was able to have our Doctor fax over the labs to Quest directly, it was so easy! Cannot recommend the staff enough! Simply awesome!!!

I was at this location 11/01/22 at 1130am. I checked in as a walk in and was ok with the wait that was displayed. While i was waiting I heard one of the tech speaking in a very nasty tone to an elderly woman ahead of me, berating her for "not signing in". I my time came and went and i waited approx 30 min longer because i was in no rush. All the while the angry tech Melissa kept walking by watching me sit there alone without saying anything or asking if i needed help. I suppose she got tired of ignoring me and proceeded to say (after all this time) "YOU DIDN'T SIGN IN, YOU NEED TO SIGN IN", I explained that I had already signed in and she immediately got angry and yelled "IM TELLING YOU, YOU DIDN'T SIGN IN, NOW SIGN IN!!! ". After this point I had had enough and said that I would be leaving, and That I would be contacting her supervisor, to which she replied ""GOOD YOU TELL MY SUPERVISOR". I'm a longtime quest customer and I have never seen anything like this happen. This person needs to be spoken to and I hope that Quest sees this and takes this seriously. I am a younger person in ok health, and that was a lot to deal with, This Angry Tech is dealing with older people who are not in good health, which is a total liability, and flat out not right.

Whent for the first time here and i was very happy with the service, the lady was very friendly and attention on details. Also very organized and a very cleaned palace. Did appointment online and waiting time was less than 10mts. Definitely go back again when need it.

Always an issue when you go there. Every time is a different issue and always have to wait, even if you schedule an appointment. There are other facilities close to this one but I keep trying since it's the closest. I haven't learned my lesson yet!
