I love the convenience (walking distance from home) and the early appointment times (in and out by 7 a.m.). Making an appointment online is quick and easy. With an appointment, the wait times are minimal. The staff are friendly and efficient.

I was so grateful to have the walk in option. I received my script at 1:15 & pm; was able to be seen b-4 2:00 closing time on friday 1/31. This made it possible to begin steroids the next day rather than monday. The check in process is so quick & easy. The staff was so prompt, profession and caring.

I have been going to Quest for and the experience is always great. I love getting the check in by txt. Everything is speedy which is important if you are going to work after.

This location needs to be retrained. I had gone 6/27 to my normal location to pick up stool sample materials. I wasn't given instructions. Just an empty specimen cup and a vile with liquid to fill to the designated line. I took my sample the next day 6/28/24 to this location which i normally do not go to. The tech asked me what the empty specimen cup was for and I replied I did not know. She told me that was weird and had no idea why that was given to me and even looked up my script orders etc and then laughed.
She then saw the vile with liquid and the color it was and stated she did not think they took that stool sample in the vile that it's a different color etc that was to be used. She said she would go ask another worker which I heard them in the hallway talking and confirmed that, that was supposedly the wrong vile to use. I expressed I was annoyed and she gave me the right container (no liquid) and a hat for the toilet to make a bowel movement into. She advised me to redo my stool sample and go back the next day to the location I normally go to. She advised me to go before 11am that she is scheduled at that location on Saturdays, that she wanted to make sure this time nothing goes wrong etc. I tried calling corporate and was on hold for 15 mins and hung up and went to the original place( 548 Commons Way Bldg E, Toms River NJ 08755 ) I usually go to and let them know they screwed up.
I got a different lady then the day before and The lady who did help me the day before walked by and I asked her why did she give me the wrong items for my stool sample. She advised me she gave me the correct stuff and the other girl confirmed. Then they had the supervisor of that location come in and go over the info and also confirmed that everything given to me was correct. So 3 associates confirmed. I then told them I went to this location at ( Mule Rd) and told them what the lady said and what she gave me to re-do my sample.
They couldn't believe that the tech gave me the wrong stuff and that I wasted a sample I had done. The supervisor called over to Mule Rd Location and that Supervisor told her sorry and she would retrain the tech. So not only does that location not care but there are 2 incompetent workers who don't know what the required containers are for samples. This isn't a job or incident that can be taken lightly when you are dealing with people's health and lives. These matters are time sensitive and people are already having health problems etc and don't need extra aggravation.
Had I not gone back to my original location aggravated, I would have gotten the incompetent worker Saturday. Where was my sample being sent to and how was she sending something that wasn't correct? was it going to get to the testing facility and they were then going to call me and say they needed me to take a re-test? This is completely unacceptable! The supervisor advised me to never go to that location ever again and that they get patients from Mule Rd all the time coming to the Commons locations because of the incompetence that goes on there.
Also the Mule Rd location is in a heavily populated senior citizen community and alot of them can't or know how to go online to write a review etc, which is why nothing happens to the staff at that location to fix it. Which again is unacceptable and corporate needs to do better and make sure everyone is trained correctly and the managers in place at these locations are all on the same page and care equally! Myself or anyone should be able to go to any Quest location and have the same competent workers treating them .

Made an appt went in waited 2 mins then went in the room had my blood drawn and was out in 5 mins. Excellent

Took my husband to Quest on Mule Rd in Tons River because he was a resident at a nursing rehab and their outside blood tech were horrid and their turn around time for critical blood results was horrible The Quest tech Millie was do apologetic for the condition the other lab had done to his arms his veins were tough to get blood and and Supv Natasha assisted they used warm compress to get a good spot to draw and they reinforced why we chose to take him out to go to kind caring professionals at Quest. Thank you Natasha and Millie.

I was there yesterday for a 3 hour glucose. The office is clean, kiosk is easy to use and never have any problems. The phebotomist that helped me has a great personality, professional and took me on the dot on time everytime. They're so nice! :) Highly recommend! The appointment was painless and easy.
