I was there an hour ago to return shoes. The older woman who was behind the register, was rude, belittling, and said that I couldn't return the shoes because they were worn. Now.... I understand if something is worn out with no receipt, I would have said the same information that was given to me from her to a customer. I literally bought the shoes last saturday, and wore them for a total of 2 minutes. They were in perfect condition. I worked for that exact location in 2018 and knew the policy. She shouldn't be working for the company if she is willing to give wrong information, without having the decency to find out or give store credit. The management to this rainbow has went to hell ever since my original managers and other Co workers have left.

Great place to shop with great clothes however the experience at this place is trash. There are no fitting rooms so you have to guess if something will fit you and you’re not allowed to return anything. The staff will tell you you can return something then when you go to return it they tell you they tell you can’t. I absolutely love rainbow and this store has the best selection but the staff and “new policy” is making me think again about shopping at rainbow. Gas is not cheap and I just wasted money on things I can not return now and gas to get to and from the store because an employee told me on the phone this morning when I called to make sure I could return the items I wanted to return before I went to the store that now I can not return. I don’t know if I’ll be returning to this rainbow but I definitely will be looking into a corporate complaint.

I like rainbow store they have good deals on clothes and accessories but I gave them 1 star cause of the way I was spoke to when I went to do an exchange if possible or get a store credit so I can get something else, the store is in toms river nj. The customer service is horrible, never going back there, I will shop online. Thanks for being rude to the customer.
