  I love this pharmacy. They are extremely helpful, to the best of their capabilites. They all give the impression of actually giving a hoot and they leave you feeling heard. My family uses this awesome team for 95% of our pharmaceutical needs, and I have no reason to change (&hope to not have to 💜)

  Woman at register tonight was so rude. She was on a conversation with someone she knew and I used self check out. I accidentally rang up one of my scrunchies twice and hit edit. She yells “what did you do?” I said “ took one of these off” she proceeds to yell “ you can’t do that’” and I can’t help you so bring it to me… as she’s ringing me up she calls another employee to fix it. I apologized to her and told her what had happened. That one was sweet and said it’s ok no worries “ the woman at the register obviously doesn’t value her job if she holds up a line with chatting. And if that’s how customers are treated then you obviously don’t need the business.

  Always greeted with a smile; the store is clean and organized. Shelves are always stocked. Very glad it's in my neighborhood.

  Horrible experience with the blonde pharmacist with the arm sleeve tattoo. Told me on Friday that they wouldn't have my rx nicotine patches until Monday. Come in Monday said she needed to call and verify with Dr it'll either be ready 2nite or 4p Tuesday. Came in after 4 and then tells me he can't fill it and it isn't her job to call the Dr!!! Brought it to walgreens no dr calls, no problems w the written script and got it in 30mins after 5 extra days of smoking later because of rite aids lazy pharmacist who got incredibly rude and nasty and told nothing but lies to string me along and keep wasting my time re coming into the store for absolutely no reason aside from discrimination against me. Save your sanity and just go to walgreens or anywhere else. It's clear why they're going out of business.

  I went to go pick up a prescription and the old guy I don’t know his name, but he was dressed up. He told me I needed a pre-authorization before I could get my drops which is completely fine. But then I asked him for reassurance I simply asked, “so i need to call my doctor?” Just to make sure because I am young and sometimes don’t really know what to do with medical situations. He answered extremely rude and said, “it would do you something” and I did not like this because all he could have said was “yes, just call your doctor” I have never had an issue with people in the pharmacy here usually I’ll get a younger lady that is very sweet. But do not be rude to people getting medicine and asking a simple question, I really don’t appreciate it after just being told I can’t even get my prescription. I just wish he would have been nicer as I already have anxiety coming to a pharmacy so I really did not appreciate it

  MARINA HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 100% ON POINT, I'M IT'S NOT EASY & I GET IT I'M IN MEDICAL FRONT DESK 40 YRS. SHE'S ALWAYS SWEET, HELPFUL, & NEVER GETS NASTY UNLIKE OTHERS!!! MARINA DESERVES A NICE RAISE!!! I WISH MORE PEOPLE WOULD TREAT CUSTOMERS THE WAY SHE DOES....I WAS TREATED VERY BADLY BY A GIRL THERE ABOUT A MONTH AGO & I REPORTED IT & EVER SINCE I GET HUNG UP ON OR PUT ON HOLD & THEY DON'T COME BACK. I WON'T SAY THERE NAMES CAUSE THEY KNOW EXACTLY WHO THEY ARE !!! MARINA HAS REMAINED THE SAME SWEET & HELPFUL !! HOW IT SUD BE . I GET WE ALL HAVE A BAD DAY BUT IT'S YOUR JOB FIGURE IT OUT....THANK YOU AGAIN MARINA !! YOUR THE BEST & PLEASE DON'T EVER CHANGE KID!!!

  Upset that Riteaides are closing especially this one because it is right by my home and due to closing they are very low stock on items. My experience here has always been great although my past few experiences have not been so good due to a register worker who is an older blond lady and is always rude. The last time I was there she was rushing me at the register and she was also rushing her coworker

  Vinny B in the pharmacy always goes above and beyond to assist me. He is literally a lifesaver. Certain medications of mine have been recently out of stock or out of my price range ( no fault of rite aid ) for over a month now, he took the time, thought out of the box and figured out a solution for me. Thanks to him I had no lapse in my meds and don’t have to stress anymore. I appreciate his dedication, kindness and excellent customer service he provides and always with a smile. Thank you Vinny!

  I love Rite Aid. At any of their locations I can find what I need and want . The employees are always very nice and helpful. I also love the rewards program.

  Rite Aid is good for quick trips - it's relatively small, they have a small of a lot of drug store/grocery lines. The staff is very nice & helpful. The last few times I tried to get a prescription at the pharmacy, it wasn't in stock. But it was a pleasure when my father and I walked in to get our updated COVID and Shingles vaccine: minimal wait and very helpful pharmacy staff. A big plus for me is the bathrooms open to the public!
