Amazing environment and coaching staff, we moved to the area during the pandemic. My seven year old had just made the competitive team at her previous gym, amber and her girls welcomed my daughter with open arms (after a try out of course)and she just loves it here. I’ve seen a huge improvement in my daughter since joining rock and look forward to many years with them! 5 Stars

My daughter did a free trial for gymnastics here and everyone was very kind to her, as she is super shy. After 10 minutes, she warmed right up and was so excited and can't wait to go back!

Took my daughter her for a trial and she was just really excited because she’s never seen all the different styles of things they have and wanted to play and the instructor was very rude with her and was getting mad when she started screaming because she pulled her out of the tunnel thing. She is only 2 years old and there’s other kids in the class who have been doing it for months, weeks or years. You have to have patience with a small child who has never seen this type of equipment.
