I had such a wonderful experience at Salon Solutions! From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean, fresh, and welcoming the salon felt. Everything is spotless and beautifully kept, which immediately made me feel comfortable.
The team here is incredibly sweet and friendly you can tell they genuinely care about their clients and love what they do. I got my haircut with Amanda Bubenas, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so kind and attentive, really listening to what I wanted. The whole time she worked with such care and delicacy, making sure every detail was perfect. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and loving my new look!

I was a long time client and recently reached out for balyage appointment today with Lisa, only to be told that my hair cannot be worked on because my hair is too long and it would take too much time. That was the first time any stylist at a hair salon refused me service due to my hair length (its above my waist). Ive had balyage at that hair salon with a different hairstylist in the past and it wasnt an issue but Lisa refused me service today. Id just like to share how disheartening it felt in that moment, especially when I was seeking something positive and new for my hair. I'll be looking for a hairstylist who is honored to work with my radiant, long, and healthy hair.
I want to clarify the owner’s response. I was not given the option for balayage — I was outright refused the service. I called with plenty of notice, explained I was flexible with timing, and was still told they would not book me. To suggest otherwise is inaccurate. I’m disappointed by the lack of honesty in the response, which reinforces why I left the review in the first place.

My hair is very hard to cut…very thick, curly and crowded with cowlicks. I’m never happy with it. It’s long and always in a ponytail. I decided on a pixie cut, drastic change. The receptionist, Lisa, was fabulous. She listened to me and matched me up with a stylist. The stylist, Kelly, listened to what I wanted and consulted me along the way. You can always take more off, but you can’t add it back on. She made sure I was happy with the length all along the way.

My hair has been long for 7yrs and I needed a change so I decided on a pixie. I read so many great reviews about Salon Solutions and made an appointment and went all in! Got my pixie haircut by Joann. Hallelujah ♥️ I'm so happy and grateful that she made me feel so comfortable and worked with my transformation.

Keritan treatment with Jasmin was fantastic & reasonably priced. She's only there Thursday's, but worth the wait! Very friendly salon, can't go wrong with any of the professionals there.

I am a hairdresser's daughter ( RIP Mom) and this is hands down the best salon i have found in many years. Decided to give it a try while down south on one of our bay weekends and im hooked. Fabulous cut!! I have thick coarse wavy hair and my new girl Brittany just knows what she is doing. Finally someone who gets it! Loove her!! Dont know why im writing this as i should be keeping this a secret as she is already heavily booked as it is but what the heck. Lisa is hands down the best!! Really goes above and beyond to help you schedule! Great vibes. Actually everyone in this place is just great. Including the one man ( i think his name is Tom sorry if im messing name up) surrounded by an amazing team of women!!
Kudos to this owner who runs this pro show of master cutters/colorists. Class Act. GREAT SALON GREAT PEOPLE!!!
