I’ve been a regular buyer of your Bowl & Basket white bread with the round top until recently. Far too many loaves I’ve purchased contain large, gaping holes in the slices. This isn’t a one-off issue; it’s become the norm rather than the exception.
It’s incredibly frustrating to open a new loaf and find that multiple slices are unusable for sandwiches or toast because of poor quality control. I shouldn't have to pay a premium just to get a loaf of bread without holes in it.
I don’t want to switch to another brand, but this issue needs to be addressed. Please investigate what’s going on in production and ensure better consistency and quality moving forward.
Maybe no one else has reported this, but I highly doubt I’m the only customer experiencing it. Please do the right thing and take action.

It's always nice to shop here. The store is clean and employees are helpful. I had a great experience at the seafood department. Doug, the manager was very knowedgeable and patient with me.

I can highly recommend online ordering. The people making your selections always follow instructions, plus do a wonderful job of selecting produce. I usually generate an order early in the week for an end of week pick up, based on the circular then have the balance of the week to add on whatever I may have missed. They communicate any issues or substitutions, and always have the order ready on time.

I was bringing my bread order in to the store a customer driving there car almost hit me with there car started to yell and back and forth at each other I thought that was the end of it she goes inside lies to the manger I almost loses my job and I am disabled plus the manger didn't care I almost got ran over by a car show how ShopRite doesn't care about vendors

Overall store is clean and the people seem to want to help you out, but my review is basically about the seafood department a young man named Tyler who help me out tonight selecting oysters and packaging for me. He was kind and courteous and willing to help a really nice personality trait in this day and age thank you Tyler. Hopefully your boss sees this and gives you some recognition. We need more young people like this

I shopped at this location yesterday and have always found it to be managed much better than Route 37.To my dismay many of the digital deals were gone, it's only Wednesday? I guess the Summer has caused another price hikeof to cash in on the seasonal traffic from the barrier island which was very obvious.Over the past two weeks prices have risen at least ten to twenty percent.This is truly a reflection of management and the bottom line.And people blame the government..what a joke! I am truly sorry to have to say this, because for at least fifteen years I too was a resident of the barrier island.It would be ironic to see these Saker markets voted best supermarket for 2024.The final almost insult was to receive a print out register coupon marked FREE..organic bananas worth up to 2.49 with the purchase of $200.00!!I had a purchase on Monday at Route 37 for 88.00.Today my total was 199.37,so in three days order totals in 72 hours were shy of 300.00.WOW! My point being,items on digitals not available three days after starting,and this is what you offer as a customer incentive?Even the reduced items refrigerator at the front was pathetic!I now will travel to other markets in Monmouth county.not Saker markets! Don't bother to send a computer generated message and act like this store really cares.Maybe we all can find a market like Pearlmutter used to run these stores.They always were reasonable with customers,and employees with long tenure will tell you this!

So far, the new ownership has been a positive thing. Some of the new store brand bakery items were pretty disappointing, but digging the new selections elsewhere in store.
To be updated as the new owners do their upgrades. I'm sure more will come!

Well, now that the new owners have had this place a while, I have to say I'm underwhelmed. I miss the former owners. The store was much friendlier before. It feels cold these days.

I feel like this one never has what I want.
Update, I really want to give it 2 stars.. the pharmacy is good, but the store, I feel since the new owners prices are ridiculous the produce isn't great, also don't have what I want and the meats well.. I get what I need and started buying from a local farm. The workers are great it's just the products.. yea there is all new stuff, which can be good but also have taken out stuff I'm used to and enjoyed.
