This is under new management. Your gift cards are not exactly accepted anymore. Pricing is confusing and it seems like car wash places just want to sell you monthly subscriptions. New owner says he wasn't aware there were cards out there. I say didn't you look at the financials before you bought it? Wash is very good but not happy with the pricing. I'm trying someplace else.

The workers here are great and always do such a good job cleaning my car. I have the monthly silver membership. It's very affordable!

I was the second veal called through after the new renovations. This is what happened to my van. Machine malfunction blew out three of five windows on the side and dented the bodywork all along the side

I was there to get a car wash. The guy with the locs did such a great job cleaning the inside of my car. I just came back from a family road trip so you know kids can make a mess. He took his time and made sure my car was as good as new. It is so nice to see someone work hard and have a pleasant and professional demeanor. It was my first time there but definitely won't be my last. He's must have kids because he knew what was needed and did it. He's a keeper. If you go here keep an eye out for him.

Sucked....all the bugs were still on the front of the car...the cleaners did not pay attention...called it to management attention after paying $22for the wash..DID NOT CARE... GO SOME WHERE ELSE

Car wash staff was exceptional! Besides doing a great job both inside and outside my car, they were the most professional and sweet gentlemen this morning. I will definitely be back again for this great service!Services: Auto interior vacuuming

Terrible experience. Brought our car in to be cleaned and because our kids had made a big mess on our road trip. When my wife called to express her concern that the job was not thoroughly done and there were a lot of remaining stains that were not there prior to the road-trip when the mess was made. The manager rudely told her that we should be ashamed to allow our car to get like and that it was result of years of neglect and then hung up on her. Very rude and unprofessional in handling valid customer complaints. I would not recommend going here.

Went to get a car wash today (08/01/2023). For someone to pay almost 45 dollars for this “top tier” car wash and have handed back this shape of a vehicle is embarrassing for a business. If you want the outside of your vehicle clean it’s as good as any other automated car wash. This owns once a great establishment with great people, it seems over the years that has fallen to the way side. The employees don’t actually care that your vehicle is clean they just want to go through the motions and go home.

I have given this place multiple times of a chance. I'm the type of person who's philosophy is " if you want something done right, you do it yourself." But I have a clingy baby, and I desperately needed my car cleaned (the window was so dirty the defroster was making matters worse when using it) I went today and the inside of my car doesn't even look like it's been touched (see pictures) I waited an hour in line, which obviously can't be helped but to then have my car look not vacuumed on top of it and spending almost 25 dollars is unacceptable. I know these people work hard but so do I for the money I spend on services rendered. Suffice to say, I will not be returning and will just follow my motto from now on.

Okeish for carwash not so good for an oil change.They always put 1-3 quarts of too much oil!Told them multiple times they didn’t care.At least they doing it quick job.Services: Vacuuming

There’s good news and bad news. My car is sparkling clean. However, my rear windshield wiper blade is gone. The explanation is that it got caught on the brush while being washed. The plastic part that holds the blade is also chipped so I will see how much of a repair is needed. Sadly, the blade was replaced less than a month ago. Even sadder, although I know that signs posted say Silver Bay Car wash is not responsible, a simple “Sorry about that” would have gone a long way in terms of customer satisfaction.

Horrible experience, I’ve used them several times for basic car washes and never felt like the job was done well. I recently did a detail and dropped off my car early in the morning. They started my car around 1pm after they called to tell me it would be more money, and then spent only two hours on my car. I was not happy with my results, there were still a ton of stains on the seats, and on the ceiling of the car there were still dust and gunk on the hard plastic area by the gear shift that could’ve easily come off, as well as totally missing the middle console section completely. I could’ve done a better job myself and after spending over $300 I called and asked to speak to the manager several days later when I had a chance, they told me that the manager wasn’t in so they called me back the next day. When I spoke to the manager and explained, he immediately became combative and was so extremely rude to me. He shamed me that my car was so dirty, and when I tried to explain that several areas that were still dusty and dirty, he cut me off mid sentence and said “how do I know your kids didn’t make that mess these past couple days?” And then cut me off again and hung up. I was tempted to call back and ask for the owner, but it’s not worth my time. My family owned a restaurant in Toms River for over 35 years. I would’ve never create a customer that’s why, absolutely horrified, and will never go there again, and I will be sure to tell all my family and friends as well.Service: Auto detailing
