Amazon return area is a disaster, the skeleton crew that runs the entire store is always slammed. How this place stays in business is baffling to me, the printing center and lines surrounding that area is always a mess. Avoid this place and choose a different Amazon drop off location.

Printer Machines don’t work with Apple Pay or with a digital debit card. That would help improve customer experience for a good review

Understandably they are short staff (like everyone else), but when you have a line of 6 people and not one employee has acknowledged the line of people waiting to make returns and the employee at the register is sitting on his phone not helping anyone…..really makes someone want to come back and shop here or even make a return. Meanwhile, after something is said to the employee on his cell phone, someone miraculously comes over to help, but has a negative attitude and uses the excuse of no staff.

Rachael at the Toms River, NJ store was incredibly helpful and deserves high recognition for her patience and willingness to assist customers. She guided me through every aspect of the Staples Rewards program with impressive expertise. In addition, she provided valuable insights into other products I plan to purchase in the future.
