I was disappointed with my service. Joe was apathetic and did not go out of his way to help me send over a shipping label. I was his only customer. I felt like I was taking him away from his tv watching. I went to Staples instead.

Always a great experience coming here. Joe and his staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. They’ve helped with some complex shipments and always look for the best prices and shipping times. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Copying service is great also, emailed them a form I needed and it was printed quickly.

Had a fantastic experience at the Sunshine shipping store. The staff was amazing - friendly, helpful, and efficient. Best service I've seen in a while. I'm so glad that I used Sunshine for packing and shipping two large framed and insured pieces of artwork. Though the cost was quite high due to the dimensional shipping charge, Joe did a phenomenal job doing museum-quality cardboard and bubble wrap engineering that ensured these valuable pictures safely arrived across the country. He also helpfully postponed shipment until the heavy rains in Toms River stopped, avoiding water damage to the cardboard. Highly recommended for anyone shipping valuable items.

I'm very happy with this shipper, and that I didn't directly use UPS, FedEx or USPS to ship two fairly large and heavy framed pictures across the country. Although quite expensive, the packing that Joe did was a masterpiece of cardboard and bubble wrap engineering. I imagine it would be on a par with what's expected when shipping museum pieces. He was also thoughtful to delay shipment while there was heavy rain in Tom's River, New Jersey to avoid cardboard damage. See attached photo for the internal-most bubble wrap protection. I highly recommend this place to ship anything valuable.

The people that work here are so polite and always smiling and eager to please. I’ve been coming here for years. I will go out of my way to ship my packages here at this location. I don’t like the fact that Amazon is making us now ship out of only ‘The UPS Store’ now. Those guys are so rude there and unfriendly. I leave that place in a bad mood.Sunshine Pack and Ship rules!!
