I thought this place would get better when it changed hands but I think it got worse. Today my oil changed was done quickly as always but my upgraded wash was horrible! I have a black car so all of the missed spots around the car were easy to see. The windshield, windows and side mirrors were still dirty. They didn’t even wipe down the interior part of the doors. Very disappointing!

It was a good car wash and items available inside were also good but make sure they actually do all the services you pay for!

Very disappointed paid for the ultimate wash and I get all the way to work this morning and realize NO tire shine!!! Also my center and cup holders were all dirty not even wiped downThank you for your quick response I’ll deff be back within a few weeks for another wash ans will ask for Jeff!!

They missed their mark. I got the ultimate wash which includes everything. Dashboard wasn’t touched, mats weren’t touched as well, still dirt on lower part of car, windows are streaky. One and done

Decided to get a nice interior detail/car wash on my suv on a nice day, and found this place to be in a very convenient location. The guys did a nice job vacuuming my Explorer, especially since I had loads of dog hair in it. My vehicle came out very clean inside, and out. This will be my new go 2 place for a detail, and car wash.Services: Auto detailing

Opted for the extra service but did not get what I paid for. I could have wiped the inside windows and door jams myself. I have purchased the $18 car wash that includes outside, vacuum, window and tire clean.

I recently found this quick oil change & car wash. Ive driven by lots of times, but never stopped in. I found the new owner Carl really friendly & helpful and i had both a oil change & car wash at a very fair price ! Ive been back several times since....

If I could give no stars I would. Paid $32.00 for there to sill be dirt and coffee stains on my center consul. Would never recommend and will never go back

I came in for a car detailing service today, Mike and Jeff did an absolutely fantastic job at a reasonable price making sure every little detail was perfect, they're super nice and welcoming would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Just left after getting our car washed. Couldn't help to notice the attention to detail given in the wipe down. I mentioned this to whom Id discovered is the new owner, Jeff.In addition to the quality service we met a local business owner who cares about the service provided. Prices are reasonably affordable. We'll be returning for for the express detailing priced at $150. Nissan wants $400.Hey Jeff we'll be back. Till then all the best!Services: Vacuuming

The new owners ruined this place. I went for an oil change and a car wash it came to $105 because I added my mats being washed (paid extra for the back) and added my trunk to be vacuumed. After my oil change they drove my car around there was a line so they put it in park and left it after about 25 minutes I went to see where my car was. It was still in park on the side of the building. Other cars came and went right around it. I said something and it was eventually brought through the wash. Since I was there for an hour and a half (my car was taken right away for the oil change so there was no wait) I left immediately. When I got home I looked in my back and my mats were not washed, my trunk was not vacuumed and the car looked like nothing had been done to the interior. WORST CAR WASH I HAVE EVER HAD. Do not go there. I wasted $105 for nothing I have to bring my car someplace else to have it washed the right way. Silver Bay Car Wash does an amazing job. Go there instead trust me. Hello, I am posting this review as I was very upset. This is the second time that we have been there. The first time was with my husband's car and today with my car. The last time that we were there, the young lady and older gentlemen dried my car. It was a very pleasant and friendly atmosphere with everyone speaking to us today, it was very uncomfortable. There was a younger kid with a winter hat on that was very rude. Had an attitude the entire time that we were there. The young lady that was there that did our car last time was working on another vehicle. I did not want to make a scene but it got to a point where I had to ask the young lady if she could please redo my windshield and my dashboard again. I don't usually post these reviews but it's definitely disturbing because the last time the atmosphere was wonderful. Everybody smiling everybody getting along and here comes this young kid. If he doesn't like his job, maybe he should find another one at this current time. We will be holding off with getting our car washes there unless we see the same staff that we saw the first time. I'm sorry and hopefully the owner will get this message and make some staff changes Thank you Britt and Joel

Extremely terrible service and totally lie about the service that they advertise in their menu. I asked them that I want my car to be completely clean from inside and I showed them the area that my baby threw the food and they said do the Ultimate wash . I paid more expensive one plus $10 tipThey just washed my car like all other cars that choose the basic wash. Terrible customer service and I had to clean my car by myself. Got the full detailing of my car. They got the stains out of the seats and made my old car look new.
