During checkout my blueberries fell out of my bag and all over the floor. Nicole came rushing over to help clean up and offered to get me new blueberries without having to be asked. Excellent customer service!

I purchased miracle gro organic potting soil for my house plants. Instead of healthy soil for my plants, the soil infested my house and other house plants with nasty gnats. I had to throw some plants out and spend money on remedies to rid my house of gnats. Not an easy job. Shoppers beware of organic soil!

If you get a job as a cashier make sure you don’t get Cindy to train you. Her level of commitment to teaching and training is non existent. It looked like I was pulling her teeth out with every question. She couldn’t even remember my name. Ask for Judi!

Waited 5 mins in a line for a water behind customers with full carts. Basic target but they do the same bull crap with only having 1 person on register when they have a 4 lane self check out that 1 person can cover to manage. They need to fix this business model as it seems like a thing all targets do.

SELLING USED APPLE PRODUCTS!! Just an FYI to be aware of…I purchased an APPLE WATCH for my husband for Xmas from TARGET and when he went to open it the watch did not work/turn on at all. Went to go return it and it was obviously past the 14 day return window and they said we had to go to the Apple Store. Went to the Apple Store and the watch was a REFURBISHED WATCH SOLD BY Target. They stated there is nothing they can do since it was sold faulty through Target and we had to go through TARGET CORPORATE — who were beyond useless and just kept saying it’s past the 14 days, regardless of them selling a USED NON WORKING PRODUCT. Beyond frustrated as I have spent thousands and thousands in that store.
…So learn from my mistake, if you are to buy any Apple Product from Target for a gift, immediately open and make sure it’s FUNCTIONING!

Always very friendly employees. Chris was awesome today. He was able to get some coffee mate from the back for me he had no problem getting it. That is very much appreciated and refreshing to see employees that actually do their job and, with no hesitation and a good attitude. God Bless.

Unfortunately I won’t be back to the Target Toms River location. I’ve been getting attitude and resistant from the customer service desk several times in the past year. I wouldn’t recommend you come here. Good luck.

Target is not like how it use to be. I feel like it's too congested and is becoming hard to organize. Every section I went to was a mess, nothing was organized things were just everywhere on the floor. Lastly it's not very much cheap either.
