I hired Tony to repair my 7 year old Speed Queen Washer & Dryer units. They diagnosed the problems in both units and had the required parts on the truck that were needed. The total repair time was about 2 hours and both units work like new.I was budgeting to get 2 new units which would have cost me about $4,000 but I figured I would get an estimate to repair them first. The total repair was $400 which included both parts($200) and labor($200) which was a bargain. I highly recommend them for GREAT SERVICE.

I had an issue with a new "warrantied" GE microwave. GE referred me to Tony. He did contact me saying, he would need to research what might cause "no power". A week later I called him, with no return call. I contacted GE again. They referred me to an alternate repair service. With one hour, this new service company was at my house, diagnosed the problem and ordered the faulty part. If you need warranty service, I suggest going elsewhere. Does NOT seem to be a priority for Tony.

Tony sent 2 guys out yesterday and they did a great job in a tight area. The door today was alittle hard to close but since its a new gasket that probably has to be used to soften up. As for getting back to me, I had to call a couple o of times. I did service work years ago and you can never satisfy everyone. As for price, very reasonable

Customer service is terrible. Ice maker repair service request sent to them almost 2 weeks ago by Samsung. I was advised company would contact me in 24-48 hours but never heard from them . Contacted Tony’s store several times and left multiple voicemails regarding appointment and service request . Each time we actually spoke to Tony we were told he had to check the computer for the request and then he had to check the computer for service repair info . Never heard back after that. Left two more voicemails again . Samsung attempted to reach Tony but no answer . Finally they arranged our service with a different repair company !

I would give zero stars if I could. Took them nearly a month to send two guys (one of which just watched the other guy do the repair) out to fix my Speed Queen washing machine… they said I didn't even need the parts ordered- that it just needed to be lubricated… told me it was “repaired” and charged me over $200. One month later the machine started behaving the same it did prior to the repair, and again, it’s 100% not working. When I called to report the same problem, the man who answers the phone in the office told me I have to look up your paperwork and hung up on me. I called back twice in the same week, leaving messages, asking for a call back, no response. Horrible. Not sure how they stay in business. Personally, I love supporting small businesses like this, but the service and cost combined with the unprofessional behavior has me looking elsewhere.

Tony and his son both did a great job helping me with my LG Wash Tower, on Sunday, even supplying the cut-to-size fittings I needed. Good people, fair price, I'll use them again when needed!

Tony does not return phone calls. He's supposed to do warranty repairs for GE. Apparently, he doesn't care about GE or the customer. Read his reviews on this site and others. Just about every review has same complaint. I called GE directly and they sent a GE tech to my house. I told GE they should Google Tony Service, read his reviews and seriously think about dropping him as a vendor.

They knew what they were doing in terms of fixing our Subzero ref and Dacor vent. They replaced only the parts that needed to be changed. Their fee for service is quite reasonable. We have tried other technicians in the past with poor outcomes. We rely on Tony's Service to fix our expensive appliances.

Requested an estimate on a small appliance repair. That was a month ago. Guy took my info and said he'd look into it. No call back. The guy is either semi-retired or just doesn't care. From outside looking in window, shop appears in disarray. Waste of time.

They came out, charged $100 to diagnose the problem. They promised to come back to fix the problem. Then they refused to answer the phone. They took the money and I still have a broken fridge.

I'm surprised by the reviews. We had a very pleasant experience with Tony's service. We called them on a Wednesday for a broken Sub-Zero fridge. They came midday on a Friday and completed the work. All while wearing a mask in our home and informing us of the issue. I would recommend them to anyone needing Sub-zero service in the southern Monmouth County area.

Got their number from Insinkerator for warranty service. I have called them numerous times, spoke to Tony and Barbara and am waiting months and have never gotten a call back or service. I call again, they have no record... Again ask for model serial number. Horrible service.

Got their number from Samsung warranty repair. They took my number and told me that they will check with samsung and call me back. Day went by, called them again, answer was that they do have my number but don't know why no one called me back. Days went by and nothing.Avoid this place.
