The UPS Store #0763 in Toms River is a locally owned and operated business offering expert packing, shipping, printing, document finishing, a mailbox, notary, shredding, and faxing services. Located across from Target and Lowe's, this store provides excellent and great service. The staff are all helpful, kind, and go above and beyond for customers. They are quick to assist, offering a cart for shredding or helping with returns, and are always there to greet you with a smile. The manager and the entirety of the staff are excellent, providing 10 out of 10 service. They offer helpful recommendations for shipping and complete special requests to ensure packages are handled correctly. This is the location to go for any needs that The UPS Store handles, and customers highly recommend it.

After a mix up of labels on two products we were returning to Amazon, the owner Chris Patel assisted me in straightening the situation out.They had to go into the awaiting UPS truck and sort through the packages until they retrieved mine that was mislabeled. All turned out good got my refund from Amazon for both packages.

Matt is the nicest most hard working employee ever so patient handling everything with care wears a mask and goes out of his way for any customer to make all of our lives easier! We are so lucky to have him in Tom’s River :)
