If I could give no stars I would. Left the out going mailbox wide open and when we called the post office no one answered. I live in an apartment complex so you need a key to lock it back up and the post office are the only ones who have it. Smh

So I got to my passport appt 5 minutes late, another customer had been waiting for a while and told me the usps employee was at lunch...okay great me being 5 minutes late was no big deal then. She comes back from lunch and proceeds to tell me that I don't have the required documents and that I can come back later if I want because I'm 30 minutes late already....um no you were on lunch that entire time my appointment was scheduled for, that doesn't make me 30 minutes late you clown. Then when I ask how I was supposed to know what to bring she tells me it's in the email usps sends after you make the appt. Thinking I forgot to read something I go print it out and it has no information except for the fees, nor does it have a link to any information. The know it all actually knows nothing. Renewed it online and saved the $35 scam fee usps charges anyway.

I had a fantastic experience yesterday at the post office for my passport renewal, thanks to Jill Anderson! She was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in handling my name change on the passport. Jill took the time to answer all my questions and ensured everything was processed smoothly. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude made my visit quick and pleasant. I truly appreciate her dedication and kindness.
Highly recommend visiting the Toms River post office on Water Street—be sure to ask for Jill if you need passport assistance!

Great customer service. I can’t say enough about Sean and the crew here at the Toms River post office. As well as our local mail carrier by Holiday city.
I had a mixup over a package and they got it straightened out for me and saved me a huge headache and money. Top notch , thanks Sean !

Several business checks sent to our company get returned to customer. How can I run a business without getting paid? Worst post office on the face of the planet.
