Signed up for promotion where they pay off old phone and cancel old line, they never cancelled the old line. Been waiting three months and many phone calls and they are still working on it citing the store inputted everything wrong. Salesman told us they were giving us two months of free insurance, also a lie, charged every month for it. Not saying Verizon is bad but I would avoid doing any kind of contracts ever at this location

Sales rep Angela and manager Jen were the sweetest most patient people I've ever worked with I will be coming back to this store from now on for everything I need they were so helpful.

I was directed to this store from the one by office lounge. The other Verizon store was too inept to give me the phone I had reserved that was waiting for pickup. I arrived at this store 30 minutes before they closed and they were able to get me the exact phone I wanted, keep my phone number I already had, and called corporate for me to cancel out the other order. Highly highly recommend.

Henry is a snarky employee when dealing with seniors, he seemed to attempt to take advantage of a senior woman who is new to smart phones. Use caution if you are unfamiliar with cell service plans.

The employees there are great! Good customer service! They actually helped me to resolve my issue( unlike the one on rt 37, that I went to 3 times in one day, only to be told they can't do anything)

I signed up at Verizon today and I had the pleasure of meeting Eva in your Toms River 1278 Hooper branch. She is utterly amazing and a credit to your corporation. She walked me through everything and explained it to me in a way that I could understand. Five stars and thank you for hiring such a wonderful person.

My wife and I were due for both phones to be upgraded. We went in the Hooper ave, Toms River location. Ethan greeted us and immediately put us at ease. He helped us pick out 2 phones. The Pixel 9 pro for my wife and the Pixel 9 Pro XL for me. I had been skeptical that the Verizon adds we kept receiving for TWO FREE GOOGLE PHONES was a gimmick. Ethan kept reassuring us that was true. He swapped out both phones, moved all the pictures/Data to our new phones and answered so many questions. Ethan was an "Expert" coupled with being polite and patient. He deserved a 6. Ask for Ethan if you want superior customer service!!! Extremely satisfied!!

My and I went to buy new phones and Demetrius took great care of us. He was attentive and listened to out needs. We were treated well, and were treated fairly, giving us various options and working out patiently what we wanted and the best price we could get for our needs. I highly recommend this Verizon store and we were very pleased with our purchases and the attentive service.

Dimitri the sales person completely took advantage of me as a young woman coming into the store by herself. I let him know I needed WiFi for a new place I was moving into by myself and needed to keep it as CHEAP as possible. He convinced me that bundling my phone would make my bill cheaper and promised me my bill would be under $200 with my WiFi and phone. I left T-Mobile and had to pay them $400 for leaving and opened a WiFi and phone account with Verizon because I was told I would save money. I was not even aware that WiFi and phone were billed separately, I found out later when they shut off my WiFi on me, and I was told I was given the most expensive package of $89.99, the woman on the phone said there are two cheaper packages for 59 and 74 a month. My phone is 140. So together my bill is $230 a month. Not to mention he added a mobile hot spot charge of $10 a month onto my cell phone bill that I was never aware of. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST. BE AWARE. I wish I never switched my phone over from T - Mobile!
