Dropped script off 10 days ago, So i called pharmacy to see what's going on, she said my dr has to call my ins company, I said how would they know to do that unless you send them a fax or call them \\u0026 let them know the script needs a prior auth, she said we don't send anything anymore, THAT IS A BOLD LIE, pharmacy is supposed to send the dr a`notice that a prior auth is needed.....its 10 days later and they haven't sent anything...Employee yelled at me, I will be switching pharmacy's!!

Takes fooooorever if you're in line in the car. Extremely slow. Go inside if you need an RX pickup.

They withhold medication that is fatal if stopped abruptly. The pharmacy staff is obnoxious. How lovely that these people with no medical credentials nor knowledge of my conditions are given the power to override my doctors orders! They abuse their power and put patients lives in danger! This chain needs to be shut down! They are a disgrace to the medical field! You will need a lawyer if you actually want to obtain your meds so good luck!

This is at least the third time that I’ve been give. Wrong information by this pharmacy. Once again, an employee of this pharmacy told me that my prescription was due to be refilled and picked up on the 14th..I got there and another employee told me that my prescription wasn’t able to be refilled till the 16th. So I wasted my time going all the way there just to be turned away. I’m never the type to complain but employees keep telling me one thing and then I get there and another employee says no they must have given me wrong information! Is that professional? I don’t think so. They need to all get on the same page. I’m growing very tired of this
