Went there to put money on my chime account and the lady was very rude said that this Walgreens is not do that however on my chime account it gave me clear and direct directions to the place would not suggest going there!!!

This pharmacy is terrible, especially being a former employee in charge. There are always huge lines and you wait for 30 plus minutes to ring up your prescription. Today, I came in to refill a medication, but I lost my last medication and the pharmacy refused to call the insurance company for the lost prescription override for me. I'm working all day and do not have time to call the insurance. Don't come here.

I choose to go to this Walgreens due to the expertise and friendliness of the entire staff. Sarah , the pharmacist is exceptional. Even though she is very busy she goes above and beyond to provide her support and assistance to the staff and customers. I appreciate her assistance. Madeline, the pharmacy tech is also friendly and took the time to insure that my insurance would approve my prescription. I appreciate the time and effort to bring my coats down. This pharmacy also updates you regularly via text or email. Thank you so much.

Had my first experience over the phone with a rep arguing with my that my son is not covered under our family plan (though he has been for over 2 years). I advised rep of this and suggested we go over the information she connected me to who I assume was a supervisor. Next woman had an attitude and insisted I have to call insurance. I kindly said my husband is a hospital employee and our insurance is correct. She put me on hold came back and said it went through. Guess she caught the error. No apology, attitude and 20 minutes I can’t get back.

Helpful and friendly staff. I'm always in and out, no waiting around like other pharmacies in the area. They always fill my prescriptions quickly and are able to sort out any issues with my insurance. Best Walgreens location by far. They are a sweet, hardworking group of people.

It appears the whole staff changed and they aren’t easy to work with. Such a shame, last group always went the extra mile. Don’t brush people off, maybe look into what they are saying .Last group always look for coupon codes to help the customers.
