Can not redeem e gift cards at this store, it is impossible, and very disappointing, I have no problems redeeming them in other locations, do not recommend.

The absolute nastiest cashier Dawn who conned my young kid into thinking she had to give a donation on her debit. She called me panicking and that it couldn't be reversed it was the cashier's mistake. Then a completely useless manager Donavan who claims she isn't scamming people. They laughed at me when I suggested it was. I'm going to corporate and I am going to let every single person I know to never go into this location until these useless cons are replaced. Stay far away from this Walgreens.

Just wanted to warn everyone about something that happened with the Walgreens on Washington street. I had two prescriptions for me and one for my daughter and saw they offered delivery. I work late and decided to try delivery. Next thing I know I get a text my order is being delivered by DoorDash. Ok weird for prescriptions but ok I guess. Little while later my daughter texts me she got a macys bag delivered instead. I immediately call Walgreens and the pharmacist tells me “yeah the driver was really weird and came in asking for a pickup for macys and we told him no this is Walgreens” ok and u gave him my meds anyway?? They tried to call him and he didn’t answer. Now I’m panicked as this is a huge privacy issue with mine and my daughters personal info out there and our meds gone. The staff said they had to fill out papers being it’s a privacy violation and would refund me. A $21 refund was the least of my concerns. I wanted to know what was going to be done and I’m super concerned about my info being out there and asked for someone to call me. They said nobody would call me they filled out the papers they needed to and that is pretty much that. Long story short, I didn’t get a refund which again was insignificant, I had to call the pharmacy manager and he was dismissive at best not coming to the phone, I left a message and had to call a second time. When I finally got him he reiterated how the staff told him how the driver was super weird (why would you admit this again?) After I hung up with him I called corporate and he then called me back and gave me a $14 rewards credit and someone out there has mine and my daughters name, address, meds, doctors names etc.

I would like to recognize Diane R. at the Washington St., Tom's River location.I left my purchased prescription in the shopping cart and she found it and turned it in to the pharmacy. I received a phone call about it.Just want to Thank You so very much, you saved the day for me. I'm so very appreciative of your action in this matter. And thank you for being a dedicated employee.

If you can even find an employee working they won’t help. When I asked for a photo envelope, that I didn’t see, I was told it wasn’t his job to get it. It certainly isn’t mine Walgreens!

This review is explicitly in reference to Alexa in the pharmacy. She's a true patient advocate, she knows and does her job extremely well. She went above and beyond for me as a patient for days. She spent hours on the phone with me and my insurance company to try and ensure I got the care and coverage I was entitled to, the entire process has been a nightmare and is still on going but Alexa has been amazing. I've never had a customer service experience like she provided.

Hi! I’m a pharmacist and worked here as a student during college! This place is still going strong! It’s the best WAG in the area by far! It’s the only WAG that picked up the phone when I needed to find out about my own chronic medications while other locations left me hanging ringing by phone all night. Thank you PharmDs! Please give the Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs at Washington Street location a raise!

Called to see if they had a product in they said yes and then the mean old bat with white hair at the pharmacy window totally dismisses me and said NO ONE GOT A CALL. And I said i JUST spoke to a young lady..and she goes yeah well we don't sell that. (So she just lies??) When I literally just called and the woman said no problem. And then the lady hangs up ger phone and walks away! Honestly it's disgusting the treatment. This pharmacy needs to train their employees much better than this.
