The worst experience I have had in a Walgreens with such rude and disrespectful staff, there is never a supervisor on the site, when they present an inconvenience, no one is able to solve it, the evil of the Latinos is ourselves the Latinos, instead of helping each other we simply choose to treat the other person badly and it is a shame, I consider that Walgreens is better than CVS pharmacy but after this experience, I would never return to this store again. This person was very rude and rude.

The manager that was on duty 3/4/25 around 5pm was spiteful and tried to card me when I was trying to deposit money onto my time card and it wasn't until after I said oh shoot I don't have my card on me so obviously I don't have my wallet on me so obviously I don't have any ID as a way to lose me because I had her employee get her because I felt it was an accurate the amount that I was able to deposit and she was absolutely smug and disgruntled intern taking it out on me because things was not clear enough honestly working in retail I feel like a person like this should not be tending to customers let alone supervise somebody allowing somebody else to be nasty and then when they're called on it they are nasty for calling somebody on being nasty. Like who's really willy nilly putting money cash mind you into somebody's account that you have the bar code for so obviously you are on the app

pharmacy is always slow, i was told my prescription was gonna be 30-40 mins to fill i came back two hours later and it still wasn’t filled and was told another twenty minutes.

Today I needed a place where they take photos with certain specifications. Google Maps sends me to this place at 500 County Rd. 530 in Withing NJ, the employee who served me clearly did not feel like working, so he directly told me to go to Walgreens on Rt 37. I arrive at Walgreens at 1311 NJ -37 Toms River and at first glance it seemed like the right place. When I get to the window I ask the employee to tell me if they take the type of photo I need, then she very rudely tells me that I have to "log in" to the system. I wait and then he tells me that they only take certain types of photos, without trying to read the specifications that I tried to show him, he takes a couple of photos and downloads them to the computer and the system tells him that they did not meet the specifications... Without making the story too long, he tells me that he is not going to take another photo or anything because he doesn't want me to come back requesting a refund because the photo was taken wrong and he sends me to the Ocean County Mall or the Post Office! In other words, she prejudges me and I don't want to imagine where she sent me with her thoughts! So for those employees this place deserves less than 1 star! Thanks to those types of people, I don't recommend it to anyone! I am so angry that I can't express my disappointment in English!

I am a 65-year-old disabled woman on oxygen went to Walgreens in the evening to purchase a few things. I spent over $100 and my cashier did not bag a single item. In fact she went out of her way to ask the customer behind me if he needed help. She totally disregarded me as a person, or paying customer, I know jobs are hard to find but I was always taught you help those who cannot help themselves and I feel that Walgreens in general is a good place to get everything you need. But some people just know how to make a bad experience worse. I will never shop in this one store again and it's a shame.

The woman at register with long gray hair was rude. I asked if a product came up on sale which was listed in store regarding a perfume she said check your receipt!!! With an attitude!!!!
She needs to be instructed on better customer service attitude… she shouldn’t be at the register!
I don’t get this attitude at CVS??

They have the nastiest woman working there right now you didn't say hello she turns her head the other way and walks away 🤬 you can ask her a question she don't respond I don't like myself for an numerous amount of people are all call and corporate over this

Nasty Employee behind the register. Insisted I didn’t have an account. Wouldn’t even try to help me. Just said “nothing I can do”. Never happened before. This nasty bitter woman should never be in customer service
