Worst pharmacy ever. Takes 4 hours to fill a script. CVS does it in 15 minutes. It’s understaffed. Don’t bother trying the drive through. They take about 1 car every 15 minutes.

Manager tried to charge me for 3 toothpaste when I was buying one toothpaste and two toothbrush, and she insisted that I was wrong about my purchase, I even match the barcode and UPC numbers to try to convince her that the price is wrong and she still in believe me after giving her all the evidence one could provide that her math was not adding up.

We've had c v s for decades was able to get prescriptions filled within twenty minutes very professional , very happy. Our insurance changed that means pharmacy too. 10 o'clock start on Sundays for Walgreens. I went there in pain with scripts to b filled. I was told 11/2 wait time. I kindly ask if it could be sooner bc of my pain I was experiencing. Can't promise anything I was told. Yes , they made me waiting the hour and a half in pain. Worst customer service ever. There's no empathy. Hate going there.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Got there at 5 for my 5:20 APPOINTMENT for a vaccine. Took all my information and had me sit and wait with 2 other people already waiting. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and have now been waiting 1.5 hours while the pharmacist just kept filling prescriptions with no acknowledgement of us or the 3 additional people who have now joined us. At 6:30 she finally came out to give 2 out of 6 of us vaccines. They went back to filling prescriptions, again, with no acknowledgement or apology for the wait. I finally at 6:45 asked the counter girl how much longer because I was so uncomfortable at this point and waiting almost 2 hours. 10 min later I see the pharmacist pull the front clerk to talk to her in the back. She made the front clerk come out and tell me that she can’t give me the vaccine today because she doesn’t have the correct insurance code and my insurance closed at 6. (An hour after I had been there and I could have called and asked myself!) but because she made me wait 2 HOURS passed my appt time, now “I had to come back another time”. She didn’t even have the decency to tell me herself or even apologize for what what did. What kind of rude, organized person treats people, especially 35 week pregnant people, this way. The poor clerk looked like she was going to cry, not her fault. That pharmacist should be ASHAMED and needs to be retaught and trained how to do her job.

They are the only area drugstore that carries the specific OTC supplement that I need. They often have very good prices for necessary items, like two-for-one sales. I'm a satisfied customer and recommend Walgreens.

Why is it always slow here. Hire some people Walgreens you make enough money you can afford it
