I am a bank customer for many years. But I am saying goodbye to this bank now due to long lines and often no cash at their ATM. Also, their bank fees and ATM fees are annoying. There are better banks out there.

Terrible customer service they don't even try to help. They should hire new staff who are more capable of doing the job.
