If you value your time go visit another branch – or better yet, a different bank entirely.Today, I stood at this branch for 37 minutes waiting to process a large wire.The bankers were taking their time chatting away with clients totally ignoring the fact that there are people waiting.Branch Manager Case Petrolita avoided eye contact for over 30 minutes while she yapped away on her phone.

I swear no one knows what they’re doing at this branch! NOOOOO ONE!!! There is always an issue with this or that. Seems like it’s easier to send someone away then to actually get paid to do YOUR JOB! They don’t even wait till you’re done explaining what you need help with before they start to say “ sorry we don’t ……. “ It’s absolutely mind blowing! Silverton Wells Fargo has the NICEST PEOPLE! You guys should learn something off them! Or better yet get yourself a new TEAM! People that actually do their JOB!

I have been doing business with Wells Fargo for 20 years, mostly at the Freehold branch, which was very good. I moved and switched over to doing business with this Toms River branch. I have 6 personal and business accounts. Doing business with Wells Fargo generally has really gotten difficult the past few years, particularly for business accounts. The paperwork and verification requirements are terribly cumbersome. I currently have to take care of a mistake they made setting up my account and have to go in to a branch to fix the problem. I called to make an appointment and there are no appointments available for days. The banker wasn’t particularly sympathetic either and just directed me to go online and find an appointment elsewhere. Some client service! Time to look for another bank I guess.
