Went here for a dress for a wedding - don’t waste your time. 3 employees were working and not one greeted me or stopped what they were doing. I needed help finding a dress but they couldn’t bothered. They acted as if I was in their way. Zero customer service. The quality of dresses is worse than shein. Many had rips, frays, pulls, and stains. Save your money and go else where.

I absolutely love the toms river windsor! the staff provides great customer service, anytime i have a question they do their best to help and accommodate me and the rest of their customers. i always leave the store happy with my purchases and the service they provide. it is also so clean and organized making shopping much faster and easier.

I always have the most wonderful time here, I love Windsor and have visited many locations between New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and this location consistently has both the best merchandise and best customer service. I would really like to emphasize how well I am treated every time I come in, it’s like I have my own personal stylist as all of the associates are eager to help in any way they can. Julia is wonderful and definitely a personal favorite manager of mine. Keep it up!!

I had such a great experience at this location. Windsor is the best place to shop in the Ocean County Mall. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful without being pushy and the clothes are so cute! I even got to meet the manager Krissy who was so nice and made you feel comfortable to shop the second you walked through the doors. I will definitely be shopping there again!

The girls working were so funny and helpful. I tried on 50 outfits for an event no lie and these girls made me feel like a life size barbie lol. Needless to say I bought way more than I came for because everything they gave me to try on was HOT!

Sydney from the Ocean County Mall was amazing! I needed a dress for my bachelorette in a few days and I saw this dress I loved! But it was a size M and I’m typically a small she really worked with me and I ended up getting the dress and loving it on! Thanks Sydney
