“Great resource you can get almost anything here. I like that you can buy singles of things like specific pencils or brushes. Usually online you have to buy them in packs. Even if you just go in and look around you can often find something new that you want to try.”

“Patty taught me how to make stained glass at a community class in ridgewood and she is the best! I really miss going to her classes but I’m happy to say I’ve run out of materials and I will be going back to her shop that’s stocked with everything that’s needed to make my pieces.”

“Was in Joann’s in riverdale and had to use the bathroom and it was filthy toilet paper on the floor in all stalls the bathroom smelled and their was no soap in the dispensers. They need someone to clean it throughout the day. Other then that the store was clean and sales people friendly”

“Keep me away from here because it's hard to leave once you go in. Way too many fabrics, trims, etc that spark ideas. The usual crafty lady comaraderie is everywhere, all staff are very helpful and nice. The garment district in NY is slowly fading, and here is just easier to find items all in one place. They will do a short cut also, for trim and fabric, I think they will do 1/8 yard, when shops in the Garment district refused to go under a yard. I found great trim here to dress dolls for a Mardi Gras hat. There are coupons! Michael's is nearby also, but you need a car to get to either place.”
