It shouldn't be my job to remember to call them every 2 weeks (I have issues with memory) for my infusion. When the infusion does come, it is at 10:00 pm at night and doesn't contain the supplies I need. I don't recommend this office AT ALL.

This company should be investigated by the FDA and any other government oversight agency. During my infusion treatments they would leave the box outside and not advise it was delivered. When told they must come in the early evening, they would show up at 10pm or later. At times I would find it the next day. When told I didn't want or need certain things, they'd deliver them anyway. As a side note, they take nothing back, so it is wasted and thrown in the garbage. The last delivery was sent without a prescription, I called and they admitted it was their error and I asked them to take it back, as it was still sitting outside on my porch. They never responded to that request. It sat there for 10 days before I just threw the whole box in the garbage. An important fact is they sent that box via UPS and it took over 36 Hours to arrive. Contents must be kept cold and refrigerated. A cardboard box with an ice pack is not acceptable. It's dangerous and if used may have caused harm or worse. I did not receive any billing until 2 months after my infusing period. There were no individual invoices, just a statement. I called and wrote and still to this day have not received any invoices to match up to my packing slips. Calling Coram billing means to be kept on hold for at least half an hour or more, only to never reach someone. Coram just turns you over to collections without ever responding to you. It is 8 months later and still nothing has been resolved. BTW- I was informed that the Totowa facility can not keep or attract drivers. This is detrimental to people on infusions and highly dangerous.

Not off to a good start. (1) The on call nurse ignored four hours of calls and paging and the next day we were told that she forgot to take her phone. (2) The specially prepared meds for IV infusion never showed and after many frantic calls to get them in time were finally delivered at 10 pm at night. If you like stress and aggravation, this is your place.

The absolute worst.I wound up taking the wheel and coordinating every aspect of my family members infusion process. I facilitated all the phone calls between them and the ordering doctor, bc after 3 weeks of waiting on them, nothing was getting done. Their excuse was always ‘we are having a hard time reaching the drs office’ when needing to get aspects on the infusion order clarified. I had to Intervene and make all the calls myself (on behalf of them). The process of setting up home infusions w them goes at a snails pace unless you jump in and do most of the phone calls and leg work for them yourself. When they delivered our medications, the delivery driver came at 11:30pm!! unacceptable on so many levels.Once the infusion finally did get arranged (took 7 weeks!) the nurse who came out, Marie, was very nice.I will not recommend Coram to anyone.

Outstanding customer service. I use this company for my elemental food medical needs. They are always on top of their game. I've never been left without food. Quick and correct delivery. They work with my insurance to get authorization. Fantastic company. Highly recommend them, if you need liquid food or IV supplies.
