Don't come here early before your appointment. Do not waste your time. You can show up an hour early, and they'll make you wait 15min before your actual appointment. I'm only speaking for receiving. idk about shipping. Yes, they're friendly and quick once you get in a door, Other than that, don't break your neck trying to be the first 1 here. It's not a fcfs facility, so don't waste your time. They'll let you stay on their property and they open at 6:15am. Other than that, it's not worth showing up before the appointment. I don't understand warehouses like this. What makes it worse is that they're not even all that busy here. About 10 open dock doors and just to have no one in them smh.

Great place, friendly crew! I arrived after midnight while warehouse was closing. Parking not allowed on side street, so I asked yard jockey if it was OK to park on their yard while I waited for shipping office to reopen at 6am. Very polite guy! He said yes as long as I didn't trash his yard😆 He saved me because I was out of drive time and running recaps. Thank you sir I definitely be back with another 43,000lbs of salt.

They write down the phone numbers of drivers incorrectly, then they say that we called you but you did not answer ... and when you ask when you will unload, they say - stop asking or they will unload more slowly ..

Nice staff, 15-20 minutes for unloading. Well cleaned rest room, overnight parking available out side on street.

Very nice people , the lady at the receiving is nice, some people have bad reviews about this place, i might be among the lucky ones , my appointment was 12pm , i showed up 8 am and 8: 15 i am at the dock unloading ...very happy.
