I recently moved out of my storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Totowa, and wanted to share my experience.
Overall, I was quite pleased with my time there. Phil and Karina were always helpful whenever I had questions, they were quick to assist. And made the rental and move out process very smooth.

Not sure why they can’t afford to purchase more rolling carts when they’re perfectly fine charging me $200 a month for a 5x10 unit. I think you have enough money to purchase more for your paying customers, regardless of the theft that you are experiencing. Will be looking for another storage unit this summer.

Ziomyra was extremely helpful. She took the time to explain how their whole process worked and spent time giving me a tour of the facility pointing out every detail along the way. Afterwards she was able to break down each cost and explain what everything meant on the contract. If you are curious about renting out some storage and it's your first time, this is the place to go!
