Just bought some new furniture in Totowa for our new 4-season room. The sales people at this store were wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. We really had a great experience with Nassib and Karen. The furniture was recently delivered and it looks fabulous! Thank you Fortunoff!

We had the best experience purchasing our outdoor furniture from the Totowa store. Karen and Ray were so helpful and easy to work with. Our purchase involved delivery to MA. Every aspect of our experience, including the delivery person, was excellent. Highly recommend!

Love to shop here when Windell is working! This summer we bought a ton of outdoor furniture for our new pool/patio and he was so patient with us. So today when we needed to get things for Christmas, Windell helped us put in our order and set up delivery! Can’t wait for it to arrive!

We went into the Totowa location and decided to look around, we were greeted by the best sales associate they have- Joe. He was easy to talk to and accomidating, and very relaxed, not pushy at all! He made us feel comfortable and we came back in the store 2 times and wasn't annoyed with my indecisiveness. We decided to come in the last time and add more furniture to the order and Joe acted quickly to ensure everything was readily available for a fast delivery. We can't thank him enough for helping us along the way and will definitely be back!! THANK YOU JOE!!!!
