“We love Aldi appreciate the good deals/good food. At holidays great desert/candy selection. Also fun to discover the random non-food items that come in. Only one complaint, why is Pickled Herring no longer sold?? We haven't seen it on the shelves in a few years we miss it!! If your listening please bring Pickled Herring back Aldi!! We are not alone in this, our extended family miss's the Herring too.”

“I usually only go here if I'm shopping with my girlfriend, their selection is not the biggest but it but that's the kind of store it is, you get all the basics at a fair price kind of since there are no fair prices anymore. But compared to other names food stores. They are reasonable. They do run out of stock of a lot of items so if you say it and you want it, pick it up.”
“I have been meaning to give the Oakland Giant Farmers Market a review. This is an excellent store and the cookies are cooked to perfect, not all soft and bending, but firm and crisp. The vegetarian Greek style lasagna is really good. Everything is priced very reasonable, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I love going there.”

“We have been getting tomatoes in August for the last 20 years. Typically 15-20 bushels to can for the winter. Their tomatoes never disappoint. This year has by far been the best.”

The outside looks a little rough but it has loads of potential and the food is delicious. Everything is so authentic, well prepared, and the owners are great guys with amazing attitudes even if you just met them you’d feel like you knew them for years.”

Sign up for their emails as they send a newsletter a day or two prior to Saturday sharing what will be on sale. Arrive earlier than later if you're eyeing something specific as stock does tend to sell”
