“Aldi's is by far the place for better savings on many items over most local places and even warehouses like Costco. They have good quality products, always fresh and the savings are amazing. Missing a star for limited product's availability, other than that I do recommend it 100%.”
“Overall they seem to have a nice variety of plants and gardening supplies. I was there to get herbs and they had a nice variety of both standard and organic, with one exception- I didn’t find any organic basil, which was disappointing. My wife asked inside and was told it was on the back patio but we searched everywhere and only found the standard.
Maybe it was because we were there midweek but there was no real help around. The older lady inside at the register was nice enough.
I was also hoping that maybe they grew and sold fresh fruit and vegetables but alas, they do not.
Also, if you read past mentions of a petting zoo or miniature donkeys, they no longer have any animals.
Overall, they have a good variety and were pretty well organized and clean.”
“Rositas de Olivo offers an outstanding dining experience with excellent food, including handmade tortillas and a variety of classic Poblano dishes. With so many delicious options, I can't wait to return and try something new each time. Highly recommended!”
“I visit here bi-weekly to get my produce. Fruits and vegetables are always at great prices, which means I end up getting more bang for my buck, and in this economy, that’s always a win.”
“This is an incredible little spot unlike anything I’ve seen before. It is a mix of a small local produce market & Peruvian restaurant. The outside looks a little rough but it has loads of potential and the food is delicious. Everything is so authentic, well prepared, and the owners are great guys with amazing attitudes even if you just met them you’d feel like you knew them for years.”
“Great local farmers market with friendly staff. We did wait shortly in line to get inside, but only because they limit the amount of people due to covid19. Sign up for their emails as they send a newsletter a day or two prior to Saturday sharing what will be on sale. Arrive earlier than later if you're eyeing something specific as stock does tend to sell”
“One of my favorite farmer markets in the area. I like how they have everything you need. Prices are great. Quality of products is amazing as well. I always go there if I need to make fruit baskets for my family and friends!”
“Awesome prices on most items, still missing more products but overall it saves you money. Non Aldi's products could be high priced and that plus the limited selections is why I did not give it a fifth star”
“Absolutely love this market! I made a short trip to the market for some sushi for a quick lunch, and the staff members were so nice and welcoming! I was staring at all the sushi options (there were lots and everything looked great), and someone asked me if I had any questions about any of the products, which showed me how attentive the staff is. When I went to purchase my items, the cashier was super friendly and also pointed out the free sauces by the sushi, which I hadn't noticed.
Sushi was super tasty and tasted fresh, great color on the salmon!
Parking was easy to get in and out of.
Will definitely be back soon!”
“An incredible corner garden center in the midst of Paterson has an amazing selection of plants, both indoor and out, along with great Fafard soils and Espoma products.”

“When employees are just doing their job cleaning, sweeping with broom, etc. Please stay out of the way while shopping. Thank you ? for cleaning, etc
Nice big super market very affordable nice and clean environment. Also used to have self check out registers. Please make sure to have the receipt.
You can purchase for bags if you don't bring your own bags. Again though if you don't do that, at check-out they put your stuff in a shopping cart that doesn't move, so you have to take your stuff out of the shopping cart for the next person to use.
Provide a bagging area with counter space to organize and bag your own groceries.
Please remember to bring your own reusable shopping bags. You can buy the Aldi reusable bags, insulated bags... Make sure to ask how much the bags cost.
To use a cart, will need a quarter.
When are done shopping, please take the cart back to the cart corral and connect the cart back to the others and get quarter back.
Please return carts to the designated area.”
“Lots of fresh produce, frozen foods, variety of beads, snacks, and everyday foods. Interesting dairy and meat section. Great prices, 2 frozen pie crust , deep dish 9 inches 2 .49 what a deal!! Lots of frozen foods, ice creams and variety of appetizers. Check out the snack section and some home goods! Overall good prices but some disorganized sections - home goods and seasonal items.”

“Really cannot beat the prices here. It's best to come when they first open it's fully stocked.
I save so much money shopping here. There frozen items are actually really good. But you must be aware of the cashiers. Come with your own bag. Also you must pack everything yourself which is fine.”

“I usually only go here if I'm shopping with my girlfriend, their selection is not the biggest but it but that's the kind of store it is, you get all the basics at a fair price kind of since there are no fair prices anymore. But compared to other names food stores. They are reasonable. They do run out of stock of a lot of items so if you say it and you want it, pick it up.”
“• The largest and most affordable vegetable market, offering produce suitable for modern Arab cuisine.
• Halal Butcher Shop: Provides all types of meat and poultry.
• Pantry Section: Features imported products from the Middle East (olives, cheeses, spices, olive oil).
• Bakery: Offers fresh manakish and Arabic bread.
3. Cultural Significance
• A Gathering Place for the Arab Community: Halima's Market is not just a store; it's a major hub for Arabs from various surrounding areas (such as New York and Pennsylvania) who come to shop and enjoy the vibrant Arab atmosphere.
• Competitive Prices: The market continues to offer prices significantly lower than typical American supermarkets, making it a go-to destination for families.”
“Mo and his wife were two of the nicest people I have ever encountered in retail. This food store carries a lot more than we thought when we first walked in. Sweets for the children and different type foods for the adults.”
“Always love going to Demarest Farms. They have fresh vegetables. Plants a petting Zoo. You can pick up something to eat. There is a area outside where you can sit and eat. Its just a wonderful place.”
“My favorite grocery store in the area. 10 times cheaper than shoprite and always fresh produces. 10 plus years and still counting. And don’t have a problem with tips jar, why not. If you don’t want to tip then don’t. No obligation.”
