I went in for an eye exam on 8/28/25 the staff was great but I think I was taking advantage of I was by Yaseen I would pay more if I used my Insurance which was VSP
I paid 861.00 dollars for my glasses and I still have not yet received my glasses I called lenscrafters on 9/11/25 and spoke with Erica she said she will look into it. Erica called me back on 9/12/25 and was told they were having a hard time making the lens because they were thin so tomorrow I will back there and ask for a refund because this is unacceptable and I hope they don't give me a hard time I just want money back very unhappy. UPDATE: I went to the lenscrafters this morning and Erica fixed the is the problem should get my glasses next week Thank you Erica 😊

Such great service! I was in and out and they told me my glasses would come in a week and I ended up getting them in two days! I loved the selection and would def recommend!

Linda and Raul are all stars who know their stuff! They helped me upgrade my eyeglasses earlier this year and also order a replacement pair a few days ago seamlessly. Been going here for over 10 years and always a pleasant experience.

I have been going to Lens Crafters in Totowa, NJ since 2003. Always had a good experience but today 9/2/2025 was exceptional! The Salesperson whose name is Yaseen was so helpful and knowledgeable in not only helping me with the difficult task of picking the right frames and colors but he explained things about my prescription for my eyes that I didn't even know! He also explained in detail the difference between the lenses. I never met such a caring young man ,compassionate for my concerns and so very patient with all of my questions . He deserves recognition for his hard work . Thank you very much Yaseen!!
