The whole experience has been a nightmare. The car we bought has been nothing but problems requiring over $2500 to get it properly repaired and drivable. It took over 4 months to get the title and when it came in the owner didn’t even call to tell us it was there. We should have known when we went there on a Saturday afternoon and no one was there.

Came from New York multiples Ameer helped me and he is a honest guy, gonna tell you what it is told me. Being that I’m buying a BMW he recommended me to bring a mechanic to get it checked out and from their is was just great service and I was able to get into the BMW I wanted for a great price. As promised, here is my review.
I waited a few weeks before writing this because when you buy a used car, you want to give it time. Things can always come up after the purchase, and I wanted to be fair and honest in my experience.
It’s safe to say my BMW is still running like a clock. Smooth, strong, and exactly what I was looking for. Everything Ameer told me about the car turned out to be true, which says a lot in today’s car market.
From day one, Ameer was transparent, straightforward, and didn’t overpromise anything. He explained the car, the condition, and what to realistically expect, and that honesty made me comfortable moving forward.
This BMW has been everything he said it would be and more. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

My wife and I were searching for over a month for the right vehicle. We saw this Dodge Grand Caravan advertised for a great price and decided to call Oto City. It’s good thing that we did because we ended purchasing it. Thanks to Ameer we have the perfect vehicle for our family and a new addition on the way. Ameer was fully transparent with everything and I mean everything. He explained to me that buying a used car is always a risk and that we should purchase an extended warranty so that we can minimize our risk and we did. However he instructed us to go with a third party that he does sell or have any affiliation with because we did not want to go over our budget. He was very honest and upfront and understood I have a big family and every dollar counts. Unlike other dealerships we encountered he was not out just to make a dollar he really cared and made us feel like family. I highly recommend coming here for your next purchase. Thanks again 🙏🏼
