A friend of mine has been a VERY loyal customer. She recently reached out to Monika for help with her ailing, elderly, small dog in order to help keep the dog cleaner & more comfortable. Monika DISMISSED her immediately & told her she was booked into March. My friend has been EXTREMELY generous to Monika with her tips, gift-giving & loyalty. She brings her (multiple) dogs on a weekly basis & pays well for services. Seriously? Karma bank needs a deposit.
