Terrible customer service, after checking to see if the item I was looking for was in stock, the employee quickly just mumbled a sentence that I did not understand. I asked what he said and replies "oh my god and hangs up". Terrible customer service and no respect for their customers. Will never shop there again.

My husband just walked into the Totowa store . One guy visibly busy on the phone but work/ business related so completely understandable. The other guy busy on the computer which is also understandable BUT the 2 other employees were not busy. One was on social media , on his cell phone and the other one was cleaning his phone case . They both looked at my husband , did not even greet nor ask if he need anything , and continued on social media and cleaning phone. My husband walked out . Purpose of this review is so that hopefully the owner will read and realize what work ethic the employees have. Terrible .

Went looking for grease. Not much of a selection and the young woman working the counter seemed bothered that we were checking out. Could have been having a bad day I suppose.
