I came here to pick up a DoorDash order, the employee said he gave the order to the wrong person then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to remake the order. He started cursing and kicking things in the store. Honestly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in my life. The employee was a white male that short and balding. Extremely unprofessional.

Must be under new management because the store has been looking cleaner and the vibe is amazing now ....even the bathroom is way cleaner

everytime I DoorDash from this location it takes a more then an hour and I live 10 minutes away. & God forbid I add Ice cream to the order it comes completely melted. Literally the worst quick check in Passaic county.

Walked out and bought nothing. Almost puked when I saw how they take care of the bathroom which gave me zero confidence in how they take care of food prep.

I had a swell time at totowa chick Queck !! Not a spec of dust I could not believe it !! And to top it off The cashier Michelle excellent customer service!!!

I stopped by QuickChek yesterday for the $5 sandwich special and was pleasantly surprised. My sandwich was made exactly how I ordered it—fresh, tasty, and well put together. Definitely a much better experience compared to the QuickChek in Hackensack, where my last order was a disaster. This location got it right!
They could use either the flowers being changed out or some type of alternative because poor flowers were dying.

7am people going to work quick check on Union blvd Totowa has 0 coffee made no buttered rolls ready. This has to be the worst quick check.

Firstly, your hot water dispenser is atrociously dirty, crusty spout and water smells dirty and comes out almost yellow.
Secondly, your “fresh coffee” was cold, and mostly empty. Wth?
Will never return to this location
Edit: i just bit into my “buttered portugués roll” why does it taste like lettuce and vinegar?!
Absolutely no care in their preparation…

Hispanic lady behind the counter making food acts like she has a personal problem with me every time she sees me, treating everybody around me nicely and just stays quiet and hostile when it’s time to talk to me. take training or quit the job if you don’t the attitude you need to do it.
