Buyer beware these guys are shysters. Do not trust them any further than you can throw them. They do not conduct business in an honest manner at all. They engage in fraudulent advertising by pricing vehicles at a low price, which they call the internet price, in order to get the consumer into the dealership. Then they hike the price up $4000.00. When you point out their deceptive and fraudulent practices and threaten to hire a lawyer and file a claim against them. They agree to sell the vehicle at the original advertised price over the phone. When you go back to the dealership, they advise you that the internet price went up the day before. You argue with them and they say that they are going to sell the vehicle at the first price that was listed, however they don't. They slip the $4000.00 increased price on the contract instead.

Like so many others, Route 46 Nissan pulled a bait & switch on me. After wasting my time going there and taking a test drive, I was told they could not sell me a car at the price advertised (on Kelley Blue Book) without buying a $4,000 extended warranty or financing it. Someone was supposed to call me the next day to see if a deal could be approved without those stipulations. After two days, I emailed and received a call saying they could knock only $500 off the warranty (in person, half was mentioned). No thanks.Kris M - this is EXACTLY how you do business. I should have just read the poor reviews here before going there...

This dealership manager is big disappointment and liar. They advertised the car at $43995. However when I was about to start the finance application. Manager said I have to buy dealer options such as extended warranty or he can't sell the car. Which was about 4k. Totally bait and switch. Dishonest dealership! Crooks! Rick the sales guy was nice but he lost a sale due to greedy manager! I can not recommend this dealership to anyone! Run run run away!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE! LIARS AND SCOUNDRELS! WORST DEALERSHIP I EVER DEALT WITH!!!! If you want to be ignored, cheated and lied to then shop here. In my fifty years of buying autos they were the worst experience. Beware! How they stay in business certainly puzzling....................awful people working for an awful company.

My car is there almost a month Mr.Borland have my car claim and he told me my car be done by Wednesday I come there Mr.borland wasn't there and nobody doesn't know if my car is done today again Mr Borland isn't there that's pissed me off .I want pick up my car but he is not there and nobody doesn't know if my car is done .how long to wait now my rental car will be done I have only 30 days rental car and it's almost done .it's stress me out I want car !!!! Idont like it anymore Nissan dealership and it is my last time I gavey car there .it's ridiculous . I hate them now I like them before but now I'm done with them .who knows if Mr Borland will be there tomorrow neither !!!!

Bad experience: first nice people, hard ball on price pushing a clean Carfax but, after agreeing to high price notice spray paint on door trim and seen a bad attempt to cover damage on driver door. Then they just dismissed it and rudely dismissed me

Great place to buy a car. We just walked in without an appointment, John helped us a lot throughout the entire process, and we were able to walk out of the showroom with a car the same day. Overall, it was a great experience!!

I had a good experience working with Nick G. He walked me through the whole leasing process to get me the amount I was willing to put up and money down. It was fast and easy. When I searched online, Route 46 NISSAN consistently cameup with the best prices in New Jersey / New York area.Make sure to ask for TOMAS DEFELICE at 973 256 1200!Hands down the best and the most honest sales personyou will ever meet. He paid attention to detail, made sure wewere comfortable with all aspects of the car and the loan.

My husband called for a specific vehicle (spoke with Candi) to ensure that the car was available, with no damage and the price listed on the website was correct. He was assured that the car was available with no damage and the price was correct. After driving 1 hour and 30 minutes to the dealership to test drive the vehicle it was damaged on the bumper after being told there was NO damage. The worst part is that the vehicle had a subtle smell of cigarette smoke. This all could have been avoided had this been addressed over the phone prior to wasting three hours of tolls, gas, time and energy. While the salesman was pleasant to speak with and offered to try and rid the smoke smell, there was no guarantee even if we purchased the vehicle that the smell would be taken care of. Highly disappointed in the quality of customer service provided by Candi who I’m not even sure has seen the vehicle before saying there was no damage. It’s a shame that cars are posted on their website without proper knowledge of smoke smell or damage. Please do the right thing with your potential customers and just be up front. Extremely disappointing.

I went into this dealership on today for a vehicle. Under the impression that the vehicle was going to be what was displayed on the internet. Once I got there and went through a bunch of there negotiation tactics the price of the car was almost $8,000 more than the original price. This is terrible business and unacceptable. I understand dmv fees , registration and doc fees etc but when you start trying to push a Certification for used cars that cost almost $4,000 that is terrible. Bad company. Don’t shop here.

Bait and switch scam dealership. The internet price is to get you in the door and the real price is 3000 more or higher. They will not mention the fees until it's too late and will get you to sign whatever they can before you see an itemized contract and it's too late. Ignore everything you hear about certifications and warranties, total scam. Avoid this dealership at all costs, buy elsewhere.
