Wow. They never answered their phone as I've been trying to reach them all day today. The crew showed up without all the materials - removed my door while one of them went back to the warehouse to get the frame - when he returned he said they had only half the frame and asked if they could do a 1/2 install while they got the rest of the frame. No way. I made them put the old door and frame back. I am still waiting to talk to Brian who is no where to be found. How very disappointing.

Work was done in the summer, took way too long and now I'm trying to call them for warranty repair. Of course they don't answer the phone. I've left several voicemails and emails & surprise, surprise, no return call. No wonder they offer warranty service. They failed to mention they won't get back to you. Stay clear!

I highly recommend Simple Home Improvement for their workmanship, great attitude and professionalism. I hired them to install doors and windows on my house. Cesar explained the project clearly and answered my questions easily. His crew was attentive, prompt and professional. The project was completed ahead of schedule and the final result was fantastic! Simple Home Improvement did an amazing job on our entry door and vinyl siding installation. They were professional, very responsive and friendly throughout the process. The work was completed efficiently and on time and the final product exceeded our expectations. It was exactly what I had in mind and more!! Simple Home Improvement installed 4 vinyl windows in my home. My wife and I couldn't be happier. The window quality is excellent. Their communication, installation, and sales team were nice to work with. Their cleanliness was also excellent. They arrived on time and completed the job in much less time than I expected. Simple Home Improvement Caesar was awesome! He came to our home to give us a quote for our windows installation. The crew was very nice and professional. I did a storm door installed. The crew was very good. The Omar gentle was personable, respectful, and prompt. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. They answered all my questions and were willing to discuss my choices. I am very happy with my storm door installation. I highly recommend Simple Home Improvements company.

We were recommended Simple Home Improvements to replace our horrible, inefficient windows and could not be more thrilled with the results. Cesar was very responsive and was able to come out to measure within a day or two. Windows are an investment - something you don’t want to skimp on. Cesar recommended a couple of options and ultimately we trusted him to give us his expert opinion on which option would be most beneficial in the long run. They were able to make Windows exactly what we wanted. His crew is AMAZING! They are so nice and professional and worked like crazy to get our windows installed. Our windows are incredible and truly transformed our house. They were able to install the new screen door that we bought at the last minute. Thank you, Cesar!!!

Good service for a good price. Simple Home Improvements is a very professional company. This company installs 14 casement windows and 1 patio door. Windows Installer is very good. Cesar was a great communicator, timely, efficient, and super professional. The windows looked great. Caesar is respectful and prompt. During this latest heat wave, we're feeling extra thankful for our new windows--they make a huge difference in our air-conditioned home. I would recommend this company.

My experience with Simple Home Improvement was amazing throughout the project (such as quotes, custom manufacturing updates, and installation schedule). I was given a 4-day quote to install 10 windows, but Cesar was able to complete the job in 3 days! Cesar kept me updated for 3 days, answered all my questions and concerns and walked by every window to make sure I was satisfied. The windows look great. The crew was a pleasure to work with professionals who take pride in their work and customer service.

I hired them for windows installation and they did beautiful work. Cesar and his team from Simple Home Improvements made this big and complicated project to went smoothly and quickly and that was because they are very disciplined, well organized, and professional.
